I made the original one just over a month ago, but that was the first time I had drawn in this style, and I have improved quite a bit I think.

I got rid of the sword and changed up the outfits a bit to look better. And now that I've already written a lot of the book, I could add some details that I didn't know of before (like the baggier clothes on Xizara because of the weight he lost)
Also, the hair on the old one is absolutely terrible.

I have no clue who this is, I basically came up with her and her design as I went, but I like how she came out :)
One more thing! I am in the middle of the next chapter for Love and Despair but writer's block sucks so it may be a couple days!
