Liam Rawley

"What happened?"I asked Brady after examining his black eye, "Was it, Ryan?"

"You should have seen the other guy."He smirked, "Don't worry about it, I'm fine." He said seriously.

I couldn't help but feel like it was my fault. If it wasn't for me, Ryan wouldn't even care about Brady but I just had to make myself the victim and get him involved in this.

"Don't do that."He said softly.

"Do what?"I asked.

"Feel sorry for me."He said with a weak smile, "It's not your fault."

Before I could say anything, he pulled over at the school, "Now, get out. I need to get myself a drink."

"Isn't it too early for that?"I asked.

"I'm not getting paid for your opinion."He rolled his eyes.

I let out a soft chuckle while shaking my head before getting out of the car and waved him goodbye.

All of us sat together in the outdoor area of the cafeteria. It was still inside the building but there were no ceilings and it was nice to get some fresh air.

"Hey, Liam, have you seen this?"Dan showed me his phone.

It was a video of a guy in a park. It was captured from a security camera under the tunnel.

I quickly recognize that one of the people there was Brady. He was being attacked by four different people but he managed to beat all of them easily.

"It already has 300k views," Dan mentioned.

"Shit man," Roy said excitedly, "Brady is a badass."

"He's like a superhero."Laurel added, "If you don't tap that man ass, I will."

"Go ahead, Laurel."I rolled my eyes.

"What are we talking about?"Tess put her tray down and sat next to her boyfriend.

"Liam's boyfriend is a superhero," Roy whispered.

"He is not my boyfriend."I corrected, "He's just a guy that works for my dad."

That was all Brady was to me. Yeah, we were friends but I'm pretty sure after the whole Ryan thing cools off, we will go our separate ways.

"Vote me for the school body president."

The group looked at Cindy, who came out of nowhere. I didn't like her that much because she was a jerk towards me during my first week at school.

"As if."Tess spat, "Who would even vote for you."

"Oh, I don't know, possibly everyone that doesn't want an ugly moron like Charles to be class president."She pointed at Charles, who was picking his nose on the corner.

"mahbeyoushoaulsvrtru," Roy said with his mouth full.

"Chew first, babe," Tess said softly.

"Maybe you should run for President?"Roy suggested to Tess.

"Please," Cindy laughed hysterically, "You're just gonna end up being disappointed."

Tess thought about it for a second before standing up and slammed her hands on the table, "I'm gonna do it just to prove you wrong."She said to Cindy and stormed away.

"You go girl, "Laurel yelled.

"Where do I sign up?"Tess came back to the table awkwardly.

"Follow me, babe."Roy grabbed her hand and led her somewhere.

"Talking about dramatic," Dan muttered.

Everyone's phone in the area, including mine, started to ding.

I ignore it and continued eating my lunch.

"Liam, "Laurel said with a terrified look on her face, "I am so sorry."

She showed me a picture of Ryan kissing me outside of the school a week ago. Well, you could only see Ryan's head from behind but it was obvious that I was kissing a boy. I was extremely upset at it and could barely keep it together as I held my tears back.

My friends knew that I was gay because they figured it out for themselves and I didn't deny it but having the whole school knowing is worse.

I stood up and stormed away, trying my hardest not to let the tears come until I went somewhere more private.

Brady Hutton

I arrived ten minutes earlier at the school because I didn't want another incident to happen.

I observed the sighting to see if Ryan was around and was relieved to see that he was not. However, that didn't stop me from keeping my guard down.

After a few minutes, Liam got in the car and his eyes were all red.

He looked like a mess.

"Hey, what happened?"I asked softly, "Who did this?"

"It's Ryan, "The tears came down his cheeks quickly and it looked like he was holding it back for really long," He kissed me...and there was a picture and... now everyone in school knows that I'm gay."He explained in between sobs.

"I'm going to kill him."I clenched my teeth and my grip on the stearin wheel became tighter.

"I hate him so much."He sobbed, "Why is he doing all of this to me?"

"Because he had always held a grudge on your father, "I mentioned.

"Why?"He squeaked.

"Because your father was the person that put both his parents behind bars."I explained, "Long story short, his parents were terrible people and Ryan hated your father ever since even though it was 12 years ago."

He didn't say anything else and the tears continued to come down his cheeks.

"Hey," I said softly and wiped the tears off his eyes, "Don't cry."

He was confused at my sudden touch and moves his head away before looking down at the floor.

"At least I'm not the only one that got viral today."He chuckled while sobbing.

"What are you talking about?"I raised my eyebrows.

"Oh, you don't know?"He said awkwardly.

"What?"I asked again.

He took out his phone and showed me a video. It was the video from a security camera at the park, the video of me with Ryan's goons.

"Who else seen this?"I clenched my teeth.

"Just me and my friends."He said.

"Good, "I sighed.

"And 300k more people."He added.

"Can you delete it?"I cringe.

"No, I was not the one that posted it."He rolled his eyes.

"Damn it, "I snapped and punched the stearin wheels, making the car honk and getting the attention of a bunch of high school kids.

"Woah, calm down, Brady."He said softly.

"Sorry?"I muttered, "I was just not feeling like being on YouTube today."

He chuckled and I couldn't help but did the same after finally seeing him cheer up.

"We got a 10-12 near Watson Street."

"Copy that, "I said on the radio.

"What is a 10-12?"Liam asked me.

"Nothing bad, just some vandalism, "I said casually and do a quick u-turn.

I could just let someone else do it but I needed the action.
