It had become a fact that Jo had been mustering up the courage to talk to Draco since her conversation with Riker through chat. Everyone had something to say about the situation-in fact, everyone always had something to say. When things first went downhill, Jo needed everyone to tell her what to do; but now that she was starting to come to terms with her situation, she felt like everyone's opinions were becoming too loud in her head that she could barely hear her own thoughts.
Riker had a point when he said that he and Ivy put their differences aside before talking or else they'd end up in a bigger fight. Jo definitely already set her differences aside, but had Draco? Jo thought long and hard about how she should just go up to Draco and let all of her bottled up thoughts and emotions spill out of her mouth. She thought of just coming up to him, but she knew she had to muster up a lot of courage for that. Ivy was right, she should've told Draco sooner because now she can extremely feel the heavy weight of her lies. Lies that she was forced to tell because she wanted to keep Draco in her life. The same lies that got them in this situation in the first place.
