James pouted as Sirius barked a laugh. "Now, now, Prongs. No need to be jealous. It is your son after all."

James' pout turned into a soft smile as he whispered. "My son." He looked at his wife and whispered again. "Our son."

Day 4, 28/12/1998

As they sit in the Great Hall, eating, they can't help but think they screwed up. They managed to avoid the big confortation by distracting Harry with Teddy, but that doesn't mean that they weren't pissing him off.

It wasn't hard to see the looks that Harry was starting to give them.

He was like pissed pissed.

Remus cleared his throat to break the tension.

"So... Harry."

"Hm?" Harry hummed as he fed Teddy. "Ready to talk now?"

They immediately grimace at the remark. This was not going well.

To make everything worse, Sirius opened his big, filthy mouth. "What are you talking about? We were always ready, we were just waiting for you."

Harry glared at him coldly before responding in a voice that matched his glare. "Then I suppose you can wait 'till 9 o'clock."

"Where will you be?" Lily frowned.

Harry didn't answer her but his cheeks did flush a little.

"That's none of your business."

Lily flushed a crimson red as the other's look at Harry in shock because damn.

Harry blushed even harder and hastily stood up, muttering a quick 'bye'.

"Welp," Sirius broke the silence, "that could've gone worse."

"Are you ready to go, Potter?"

Harry turned his head to look at Mcgonagall. He noticed the way she looked at his hands, which were trembling with nerves. Her lips were pursed and shoulders were shaking as if trying not to laugh.

He narrowed his eyes and huffed, which made her want to laugh even more.

He took a deep breath and grabbed a handful powder. He threw it and yelled "The Burrow" before he was met with the familiar feeling.

Mcgonagall sighed and turned to look at the child in her arms. "Your godfather's even worse than his father."

Teddy just blinked at her.

Harry managed to land on his feet but before he could take a step, multiple arms were around him.

There were two holding the back of his head, three wrapped around his waist and one wrapped around his shoulders. And, of course, a chin on the top of his head with two hands holding his hands, staying out of the group hug.

He chuckled softly. "I've missed you too."

Hermione sniffed and broke away from the hug.

Ron grinned and clapped his shoulder.

Ginny blushed and smiled a little, making Harry take a good look at her dimples.

George pulled his hand away from Harry's and ran his fingers through Harry's hair. It was a small gesture, but it made Harry feel warm inside.

"How are you feeling?" He asked George softly.

George gave the smallest smile. "I'll be fine." He said quietly before retreating back to his room.

"How are you, mate?" Ron asked, trying to sound nonchalant.

"I've been better." Harry grinned at his friend's flushed face and concern.

"Are you here to take Ginny on a date?" Hermione asked slyly.

Harry coughed and Ginny blushed. "Hm."

"Well, then," Ginny interrupted and held her hand out. "Can't keep a lady waiting."

Harry smiled and took her hand. He turned back to his friends. "I'll write to you."

"So, where are we going?" Ginny asked once she started following Harry while holding his hand. It looked heavy, y'know.

"I thought we could picnic together." Harry said, smiling and blushing.

Ginny scoffed. "Honestly, Potter, picnic? What are you, poor?"

Harry looked taken back for a moment before he laughed.

Ginny scoffed again, though her lips twitched. "Hey! I'm being serious here!"

"I'll take you to a fancy restaurant next time. How about that?"

Ginny blushed. "Sure, whatever..."

"Potter! How on earth did you make this? It's absolutely delicious!"

Harry laughed at the fiery Weasley next to him. Before he knew it, he was voicing his thoughts.

"I guess I'll be the cook, huh?"

Silence.

"Merlin, Ginny! I'm so sorry! I don't know why I said that!" Harry was close to yelling as he apologized. What kind of idiot was he?

Lips on his own definitely took him by surprise.

Ginny pulled back and stared at Harry. "You want me, then? Not Malfoy?"

Harry gazed at her before smiling and tucking her hair behind her ear. He held his hand against her cheek and pressed his forehead against her forehead. "I'm with you, aren't I? Only you..." He whispered and let her snuggle against his chest.

Okay, so, there were a lot of people who got confused over what I did. I just wrote the 16th chapter twice for Drarry and Hinny shippers. So if you ship Drarry, read the first one and if you ship Hinny, read the second. If you ship neither, you can skip, it won't have an affect on the storyline.

I'M SORRY I CAN'T WRITE HETERO😭😭 AND I KNOW IT'S RUSHED
