-Put on you subliminals, white noise, or playlist
-Meditate until you feel "light" and super relaxed or calm, as if your drugged (i guess thats a good example of how you should feel)
-Lay in a starfish, or any comfortable position
-Begin to imagine the feeling on your DR. What are the texture of the sheets you will wake up in? What does it smell like? What smell will you wake up to?
What does the atmosphere feel like? Do you feel comfortable or safe? What can you hear? If your waking up to someone in your DR (either next to you or they will wake you up) try to "feel" there "energy"
-Countine "feeling" your DR as you repeat affirmations
-Than begin to fall asleep, keeping the feelings in the fronr of your mind
