, Shizukana's P.O.V ,'~

Everyone viewed my first lead mission as a Chunin, a success. But in reality, it was one of the worst. I have never seen any mission go this bad. In my point of view.

A leader should be the one who looks after everyone, who understands everyone in the team and takes responsibility. As far as I know, I failed. Miserably. I didn't keep my teammates safe. I put my client at risk by not being there. Sasuke had to push me away from danger. Sasuke got hurt trying to protect me.

"Shizukana-chan?" A voice pulled me out of my trance. I looked to find Naruto staring at me with concern in his eyes. That look didn't belong on Naruto's face. He should have the energy of the sun.

"Naruto," I said flashing my best smile. We were standing in the middle of Konoha. We arrived a few hours ago, the medic team and Sakura moved Sasuke to the Hospital. Naruto and I didn't have anything to do. Visiting Sasuke wasn't possible since he was supposed to rest.

"Go home," I told him. "I'll handle the report. Get some rest so you can visit Sasuke later." I said pushing him in a random direction. He smiled at me before running off. As soon as he was out of view. The smile that was on my face turned into a frown. I sighed before walking towards the Hokage's office.

It didn't take long before I reached the bright red building. I opened the doors and made my way to the Hokage's office. For some reason, the corridors seemed very small and the distance from the entrance to the Hokage's office was longer than before. Like I was walking to my doom.

I stared at the door that separated the Hokage and me. Maybe, I didn't do so bad. I completed the task. Sure there were some minor issues but everyone got out of there alive.  I sighed trying to be optimistic before knocking on it. "Come in." A muffled voice said making me open the door. I put on my best neutral face before walking in.

"Ah. I was wondering when you'd show up." Lady Tsunade teased. She wasn't alone. Lady Shizune and Jiraiya Sensei were also present. Oh. They had to be in here. Maybe that's a good thing.

"Hey, kid." Jiraiya Sensei waved flashing his signature smile. I waved back before looking at Lady Tsunade.

"Let's get down to business." Lady Tsunade said placing her hands on the table. I blinked several times and sighed.

'And I told them everything that happened. Every single nitty-gritty detail. I told them about the ship exploding. I told them about my faulty plan which they agreed was one of the best plans that could be used at the moment. Kinda boosted my confidence. I told them about the fight and how Aoi had the Sword which belonged to the Senju's. Lady Tsunade stood up in rage. She had to be calmed down by Lady Shizune so I could continue,"

"When I got to the part where Sasuke got injured, I made sure to explain every detail. Once I explained everything, I looked at everyone to find them with different expressions. Jiraiya Sensei looked like he was proud. Lady Shizune was smiling at me while Lady Tsunade had mixed emotions. She was happy, angry and surprised at the same time," I explained

"That was interesting." Jiraiya Sensei said breaking the silence which had filled the room. "I think it was a good first mission."

"Shizukana, you probably feel like you failed," Lady Tsunade said making look at her. "But this just tells you what to do in the future. It's not your fault. Accidents happen during first missions with a new chunin. I have seen missions go far worse than this." She reassured trying to cheer me up. "However, you could have tried better. As a leader, you must be aware and be ready to risk your life for your team. Be with them and guide them throughout the mission. But, Good Job." She said giving me a thumbs up.
