Juuhachi- Gardener finds out the cinemas was not a great idea

My cat and I have finally deciphered the book and I learnt a lot from it about reversed technique. I was currently trying to study until I heard someone knocking. It was Ijichi who told me I should go outside of the school more before handing me a few tickets to choose one from. I chose it and got a place to go to the movies. I didn't want to tell him that I fell asleep during movies so I just thanked him before getting ready. The car ride was pretty quiet before I asked Ijichi why he was so nice to give me those tickets.

"It's a thank you for the other day, your really nice to me. Do you like movies?" Ijichi asked

"Uh..." I drawled on.

"It's alright if you don't like it, just take one of the others I have. They're all discount coupons anyways." Ijichi laughed

"Oh, thank you. Ijichi, this one goes to the nearby coffee shop so I think heading there will be good." I said.

"Sounds good, I have to pick up Gojo after this. Are you alright with that?"

"Yeah, I'll text you when I'm done. Do you want anything?" I asked.

"This is meant to thank you for your kindness, not the other way around"

With that, I was dropped off at the coffee shop. I went inside and used the coupon to get myself my favourite drink before sitting in an isolated corner. I felt judged whenever I sipped my drink next to the window where people passing by could easily look in. I took out my phone and took a picture of the drink because it was pretty before I continued trying to figure out fully how my phone worked. I found out how to check my bank deposit on my phone and saw that my mom was constantly adding money which made me feel slightly empty inside. I shrugged it off and opened a book to draw some flowers in while enjoying the drink until I felt the seat dip.

When I looked to my left and saw a guy with blue hair and blue and grey eyes reading a book. He seemed a to have stitches all over. I wanted to avoid confrontation but he was right next to me and I was uncomfortable so I politely tapped him on the shoulder. He seemed unfazed so I called out to him before my cat came out to hiss at me, catching his attention.

I asked him politely to move and thankfully he did but his eyes seemed to trail to my cat as he left. He apologised with a smile before waving me goodbye. He said it was a pleasure to meet me but it certainly wasn't a pleasure to meet him. I felt unsafe. Thankfully my cat was there so I could relax. It's weird how no one was staring at the guy's stitches or in fact looked at him at all.

"Neko, something wrong with that dude" I whispered

"Meow meow" My cat meowed cutely

"He's a curse? Of what?" I whispered.

"Meow" My cat licked its paw

"Fear and hate huh? He's got to be really strong then. Better tell Gojo and the rest. Wait, did he walk into a cinema?" I asked.

"Meow"

With that, I nodded before picking up my phone to call Gojo. His first reply to me calling was that I missed him but I rejected that. I quickly told him about what I saw and the curse being on the move. I asked him if I should follow him but Gojo rejected that, saying we didn't know what the person could do. He informed me that he would inform the necessary people about this. My cat climbed into my lap and curled up. I gave him head scratches while listening to Gojo's orders. I hung up after with texting Ijichi and Gojo my location. Quietly, I observed while continuing my drink.

"Hello, is this spot free?" Someone asked.

"No." I bluntly replied.

"Well, that's too bad. I thought we could have a chat. Maybe I could just kill everyone in this cafe" The person smiled.

"That isn't how you ask someone. You're kind of rude" I replied unnerved

The person just sat in the seat in front of me. My eyes widened slightly at the person. He was that man on the cliff the other day. Long black hair, black eyes and the scar on his forehead. I didn't know what to do which alerted my cat as it started hissing at the person. My cat started growling at the man and I was lucky that no one right now could see my cat because it started growing in size. The other person told me to relax since it was just a chat but it provoked my cat to keep growing until it was twice as big as the person.

"That's a splendid curse you got there. I was just going to ask you for a bit of your time to talk to you about your curse next to you and if you would be willing to give him up" The person said.

"Sorry, my parents told me not to talk to strangers who act like rude people and invite themselves to sit down randomly next to a high schooler" I pointed at him.

"Well, my name is... Geto, a pleasure to meet you. I just wanted to ask if you would be willing to give me your curse" Geto introduced.

"Starting off, it isn't a pleasure to meet you and second, that's my cat. There's no way I'm giving this cute cat up. Third, stop calling him my curse. He's a cat, let him be one" I stated without any anger.

"Hmm... this is unfortunate. I thought you wanted your curse gone." Geto sighed dramatically

"Call him a curse like he's a bad omen one more time and your catching my hands and those paws." I calmly said.

My cat meowed in response and I was confused when Geto said I was much harder to work with than the one like me in the past which had my cat. I blinked at that and asked if that was supposed to be important because right now I'm already struggling living one life. What makes this guy think that I would be interested in another? It wasn't even me I believe just another person who also had Neko. I sighed and asked the person to leave and he glared a bit before he did since my cat was having a hissy fit. I stayed there for the next ten minutes before Ijichi arrived.

After that, I pointed to the cinemas and we both went inside after paying for our tickets instead to check each room for the curse. Unfortunately, we came across a pretty disgusting sight. Three mutated heads in the cinemas. Ijichi let out a small scream before calling up the higher ups and apologised to me before asking me to stay here by myself while leaving to notify the authorities so nothing else would happen.

"Meowww"

"More head scratches?"

"Meow"

A/N: Apologies if the chapter was kind of boring but I wanted to introduce. "Geto", manga readers will know why I used the brackets on his name. Anyways, I feel like Mahito might be a bit crazy. Also if I did a special chapter where (M/N) wore a dress or a skirt which would you prefer and what would it look like cause right now I'm just thinking of a cute green dress on a farmer boy. Fuck I'm weak for this (M/N) ahahahah.

Anyways thanks for reading and for enjoying (M/N)'s apparent humour? He isn't trying to be funny which makes the situation even better cause he's serious with that he says and so blunt with a straight face.  Also originally (M/N) called Geto a dick but I realised that his mom wouldn't teach him that bad word so it was changed. Also (M/N) used being a high schooled to avoid the fact he was 18. Bye bye :)
