Return of Robotnik

Sonic pulled a ring out his bag and threw it but it bounced off of a robot

Sonic- ok did someone leave their find my phone on

More robots surrounded them and then a hover ship flew down to them with Robotnik inside

Robotnik- welcome to San Francisco Mr.Wachowski, are you enjoying the clam chowder

Y/N- not this guy again

Tom- it's the government whack job that keeps trying to kill us, UNSUCCESSFULLY. Nice of you to swing on your way from comic con

Maddie- what are you wearing

Robotnik- it's a flight suit, designed to moderate my body temperature and reduce drag

Tom- and yet you still are one

Robotnik- oohoo good one, you are catching fire Thomas. And speaking of heat, I see you've taken a lover. Does she have a name or should we just call her collateral damage

Y/N- hey don't talk about my mom like that!

Tom- yeah watch your mouth, unless you want a little more of what I gave you earlier. I punched him in the face

Sonic- you punched him in the face, it was awesome

Robotnik- the time for talking is over, it's time to push buttons

Sonic- your flying eggs are pretty impressive Mr.Eggman but let's face it, you'll never catch me

Robotnik- confidence, a fool substitute for intelligence

Sonic's quill was installed into the hover ship, giving it power. The robots surrounding them aimed their weapons

Sonic- that's not good

Tom- Sonic, we know you got the super speed and everything but Maddie, Y/N, and I-

Sonic- totally defenseless, probably gonna get blown up

Maddie- pretty much yeah

Y/N- what do we do

Sonic- don't worry, I know exactly what to do

Sonic ran towards the wall and pushed the three of them off the building

Robotnik- I was not expecting that, but I was expecting not to expect anything so it doesn't count

The robots fired at Sonic and time suddenly stopped. The three of them slowly kept falling while Robotnik was aiming for a button. Sonic took the time to destroy all the robots around him. Robotnik pressed a button on his ship and broke free from the slowed time. As Sonic was distracted from taking down robots, Robotnik fired a laser and Sonic was knocked down the building. He could hear the 3 screaming as they were falling faster now. He tried to reach for a ring in front of him so they could be transported

Sonic- come on, come on, come on, come on, come on

He pulled at one of his quills so he could catch the ring and threw it down towards them. The ring only managed to catch Tom and Maddie while Y/N was still falling

Sonic- hold on Y/N!

He ran down the building, catching Y/N but they both crashed into a tree and the destroyed robots fell down with them. Meanwhile the ring portal had taken Tom and Maddie back to Green Hills and they were thrown into a barn

Farmer- oh hi Tom, glad you're here. I could use some help, old Bessie's about to give birth

Tom- give me a minute

*back in San Francisco*

Sonic- are you ok Y/N

Y/N- I think so, but where's my mom and dad

Sonic- don't worry, we'll meet back up with them soon

Robotnik- can I give you one genius piece of advice? Don't run, it'll only hurt more if you do. And it's bad for your joints, they proved it

Sonic- alright Eggman, you wanna get fast, let's get fast

He quickly gathers up his rings and takes to the streets with Y/N in his arms

Robotnik- the hard way it is

He chases after the two in his hover ship
