Arriving at Camp Half-blood

The falling morning Bella, Percy, and Sally Jackson packed up and headed to Montauk. It was a few hours drive but totally worth it. They spent the day on the beach. Bella didn't feel too comfortable in the water though she could breathe just as Percy did and heal. Bella was much more comfortable in her two piece bathing suit on the sand with her mother reading a book much to her mother's amusement. Percy was like a fish and stayed in the water. Three days passed quickly, and one night well after they had went to bed, there was a loud thunderstorm going on outside. Suddenly there was loud banging on the cabin door. Sally jumped up and went to get it. Grover in full view was drenched and quickly came in out of the rain.
"You both left me! You left me at the bus station!" Grover said
Bella was now staring at his legs. They were goat legs. Percy was staring too. Sally turned to Percy and Bella demanding what happened that they weren't telling her.
"Sally, it's time. It can't be avoided any longer." Grover pleaded
Sally looked close to tears and looked at her children. Bella caught on to what was going on and began shaking her head.
"Mom, Bell, what's going on?" Percy said hesitantly
"I'm not going." Bella said simply
"I know you don't want to, baby, but I don't think we have much of a choice." Sally said and grabbed backpacks that the family always kept by the door no matter where they stayed
Percy hurried and put on his as Grover began explaining what was going on. Bella put her on and had a horrible feeling deep in her stomach. They quickly jumped in the car and drove. They travelled for a couple of hours. Percy learned of having a godly parent and seemed upset that Bella knew and he didn't.
"You were the one who called me a liar when we were kids Percy. I simply stopped trying to convince you after that." Bella said
They finally got within a few miles of the camp when Grover started shouting they were being followed. Bella whipped around and saw it. Bella's eyes went wide. Sally sped up and they covered the last two miles closer to the camp.
"Everybody out! Run for the trees!" Sally shouted already halfway out the car
Percy, Grover, and Bella jumped out and ran. Sally followed and pulled out a glowing green hand gun. It was a minotaur chasing them. Sally began shooting at it as charged at them. Bella shoved Percy and Grover to the side out of the way and Sally got clear.
"Up there pass the big tree!" Grover shouted racing ahead
Sally was pulling Percy and Bella to move faster. The Minotaur charged again and managed to clip Grover tossing him into the tree as the other managed to dodge. Suddenly they got close enough and Sally shoved them past the tree. Bella and Percy hit the ground and turned to see Sally held back by some barrier.
"Mom!" Bella and Percy shouted
"I can't get through. I'm not a demigod." Sally said calmly accepting she was going to die
Percy raced forward and began attempting to pull Sally forward. She was still stuck. Bella began praying to Goddess Persephone. While Bella had her eyes closed the minotaur had snuck up on them. The minotaur grabbed Sally in his large claw and began crushing Sally. Sally screamed in pain. Bella's eyes snapped open and widened as Sally poofed into gold eyes. Percy and Bella were in shock before they both raced out and attacked the monster. Percy swung the pen sword which Bella had tossed to him but wasn't able to get a good hit. He managed to take both horns off but that was it. Bella's eyes glowed with power and she moved her hands making the ground shake knocking the Minotaur off balance. Suddenly tree roots rose up and trapped the Minotaur. Bella had a cold look on her face.
"He killed Mom. Finish this." Bella said coldly
Percy lifted his sword and stabbed the Minotaur in the chest. The monster gave a final roar and disappeared in gold dust. Using so much power and the steady loss of adrenaline proved too much for the Jackson twins as they fainted. Bella saw shadows approaching.
"This has to be them. Right?" A girl's voice demanded
"Not now, Annabeth. Quickly we must get them to the Infirmary." A man's voice said
Percy woke up before Bella and spoke with Grover and got shown around the Camp. (The same as in the movie) Bella woke up the day after. When she woke up in strange place, she was scared at first until the past events came back to haunt her. Bella cried heavily for her mother and suddenly she felt arms around her. She'd recognize this hug anywhere. It was Goddess Hestia. Bella sobbed into her shoulder.
"It shall be okay, my Champion. All shall be well. Have faith in us, sweet child." Hestia whispered comfortingly
Bella got herself under control. She knew that the Goddesses have never let her down before and she would continue to have faith now.
"I don't wish to be in my father's cabin. Can I just stay in Hermes?" Bella asked
"You are definitely one of his favorites. I doubt he'd mind. Now I must leave before the Camp Leader catches me. We are always watching over you my child." Hestia said before disappearing
Once Goddess Hestia was gone, a girl came in before racing back out. Within a few minutes, a face that she wasn't expecting to see came in. Mr. Bruner came trotting in.
"A centaur, correct? Suits you better than a wheelchair." Bella said calmly
"I see you knew a lot more than suspected. Here I am called Chiron."
"Ah the trainer of heroes. Makes sense given that is what this camp is here for." Bella said
"I know you've gone through a tragic experience, Miss Jackson." Chiron said
"We were fine before you guys interrupted our lives. No monsters mom and I couldn't handle. Percy was ignorant but safe. You two came along and now Percy and I have targets painted on our backs for Gods and Monsters alike. Mom is gone. My life as I knew it in serious jeopardy. Forgive me Chiron but you don't understand the depth of the tragic experience I am forced to deal with because this camp couldn't mind it's own business." Bella ranted coldly
Chiron flinched slightly. Bella could careless. Chiron tried to get her to talk of how she knew so much but she wouldn't.
"I believe it is time for you to meet the Camp Director, Mr. D." Chiron said
Bella got up and gained her balance before following Chiron across the camp to the big White House. Mr. D was sitting at the table in the room dealing out hands for what looked like pinochle. Another what looked to be a young councilor was sitting at the table as well. He seemed like a pretty boy prick but Bella wouldn't judge to harshly yet.
"Mr. D, this is the other Jackson twin, Miss Belladonna Jackson." Chiron said politely
"Yes. Yes. Welcome to Camp Halfblood yada yada yada. Sit down we're playing pinochle." Mr. D said
"I am Alastor, a God. Mr. D is-" the councilor started
"I know who he is. Quick question Mr. D. Did you purposely bring this one with you or was this the King's twisted idea of a joke?" Bella said as she looked at her cards
Chiron stared at Bella wide eyed and the God she was referring to looked offended. Mr. D on the hand smirked before taking a sip of Diet Coke.
"Good old Dad." He replied
"So Mister God over here believes that as names don't have power apparently." Bella said chatting as they played Pinochle
"He's still young."
"The only reason why I didn't call him completely incompetent. Another question when you were punished did your Father ban you from making wine or simply drinking it?"
"I cannot drink it."
"You see I am pretty good with deals and loopholes. So let's make a deal. I personally have no real respect for the Gods. I won't deny that. I can respect the jobs you have to do and if you do them well but rarely is there a divine being that I respect without truly studying them. I know your story pretty well based off legend. What if in exchange for a solution to your wine problem, all I ask for is peace and respect? If I shall ever be claimed by my father and if I do not wish to live in his cabin then you shall not force me to. I would also say that you know my name please use it. It ticks me off when those with power look down at those with less. Do remember you and your family needs us mortals just as much as we need you." Bella said and laid down her hand winning the game
Mr. D stared at her for a moment and flared his magic making Alastor and Chiron sweat and hunker down. Bella didn't so much as flinch. She simply laid her cards down and leaned back in her chair crossing her legs prettily. Mr. D couldn't lie this girl had guts. He did feel a bit of respect for her. Mr. D pulled bac km in his power and sat back as well. He created a bottle of wine and waved his hand to her. The wine bottle going to her.
"The deal is only valid if your theory works." Mr. D said with a smirk
"So be it. Where's the kitchen?" Bella asked
Bella cooked and grilled food with the wine and then had Mr. D create more alcoholic beverages and began mixing drinks. All in all it took an hour for the meal to be completed with drinks. Bella set the table for everyone. Mr. D looked skeptical before trying the food. He really liked it. Each bite tasted of wine and so many other flavors. Everyone began enjoying the meal before Mr. D tried the drinks. He hummed happily and kept drinking.
"The King banned you from drinking wine not other alcoholic beverages. Technically I cooked with the wine and turned it into something else. This is no longer considered wine. Do you approve our deal?" Bella asked
"I believe we have a deal Miss Jackson." Mr. D said
