Lucien's POV

"Sir,Ms.Guerrero has arrived.Shall I send her through?"a voice spoke through the intercom in my office.

"Yes send her through.I will meet her at the front door,"I said and it turned off.I stood up and headed towards the elevator and waited till I arrived on the first floor.

Just as anticipated,Andrea was being escorted through the door by one of the older maids I just called in to come clean and then go home.I had to get rid of Ameliana because the Russian still had a hold on her even though Vince was dead.I still provided protection for her where she stayed.

"Hola querido,"(hello sweetheart)the brunette strutted in and headed towards me.

"Andrea,"I acknowledged and nodded at her.She walked forward and pressed a kiss on my cheek and I grimaced.

"Andrea you know I don't like affection,"I glared at her and she laughed it off.

"Oh I know,"she said and walked over to the lounge room.It was no suprise that she knew her way around except for on my floor.Things between Andrea and I were strictly professional and I intended to keep it that way.

"My men have arrived in Portugal at exactly 10 am.I sent thirty to the airport and twenty to scout the surrounding areas.Nine of my most trusted men will be boarding the private jet with Giovanie.I assumed some of your men would be able to be there when they landed in Boston and took road transport to here in New York,"she said and I nodded and thought over the plan.I informed her that they would land in Boston where they weren't anticipated and bring Giovanie through road here.That way they wouldn't be ambushed at the airport but would arrive through the border.

"Yes everything is intact now we can talk about the problems with your shipments,"I said and poured whiskey for both of us.I took a sip of mine and so did she.

"Well like I said.The shit's been going missing for over a month now.At first I thought my men fucked up but that changed when another two shipments were intercepted.One shipment cost a little bit over a million.Cocaine and heroine were the main products but I also shipped out weed and ecstacy,"she said and I nodded.

"Well what routes did you take?"I asked and put down the empty glass.

"My usual was the one that went north from Tijuana to the eastern part.Then they would travel by sea,"she said and I nodded.

"You do know the Tijuana cartel runs the place with an iron fucking fist,"I stated and stood up and motioned her over to my office.I got the projector ready and showed her the numerous routes she could choose from whichever was most sufficient.

"I know the cartel could be behind it but I still have to keep my options open before screwing them over,"

We finished up in the office with her choosing the route that went from New York through London and she would be dealing in the Eastern part of London as she said.We walked into the lounge room once again.

"The original plan is-"I was cut off by Scarlett walking in with wide eyes and a phone,most likely hers clutched in her hand.

"Lucien we've got a problem,"she said lowely and handed me the phone.Her eyes held anger and I looked at the phone.It was a picture of a woman being held at gun point with watery eyes and pretty bruised up.

The caption read;"Your mommy is having so much fun with us" I clenched my teeth and looked over to her.Her fists were clenched and eyebrows were furrowed in frustration.

"Quien es la niña?"(Who is the girl?)Andrea asked and looked at Scarlett in distaste.I glared at her and was about to respond when Scarlett beat me to it.

"Me llamo Scarlett Hayes,"(My name is Scarlett Hayes)she said and I looked at her surprised.Though,I shouldn't have underestimated her intelligence that proved why she was a doctor at such a young age with a masters degree.

"Andrea Guerrero,"she stood up and walked towards Scarlett.She held her hand out and Scarlett looked at her dead in the eye and shook her hand firmly.

"Lucien we have something to discuss,"Scarlett said and walked to the elevator.

"Andrea we already worked out the plan so you can go now,"I gestured towards the door and walked her out.

"Where did you find her?"she asked as we arrived at the front door.I flicked my chin towards one of the guards and he walked over.

"Somewhere.Now don't go talking about her to anyone or I'll fucking kill you,"I promised and turned around to go find Scarlett.
