Am I chased by my truth?

To find my way back ,
Where has it gone?
Leaving me in the dark.
Fading truth ,
Confused lie ,
Tears with words ,
Frozen in the cold.
Though you can't feel my pain ,
I can feel yours ,
Because,the real pain is no longer in me , it's in you .
