A/N: Imagine Neville surprising on a cute little date in one of the greenhouses

Y/n POV:
"Neville where are we going?" I asked as he had his hands on my shoulder guiding me somewhere, while I was blindfolded. The two of us have been dating for a little over 6 months and couldn't be happier.

"Don't worry, we're almost there." He stood behind me.

"Are you taking me to the forbidden forest? Are you trying to kill me?" I joked.

"No, I'm not trying to kill you." He let out a little laugh.

We continued to walk for a few more minutes until I heard him open a door and let us in. "You can take off the blindfold off now."

As untied the knot and pulled off the blindfold, I was in awe. We were in one of the unused greenhouses. Fairy lights were dangling from the ceiling, the tables were pushed off the side, a bunch of cute plants surrounding the walls and in the center was a blanket and picnic basket and a charcuterie board.

"Did you do this?" I looked back at him beaming.

"Yes, do you like it?" He asked nervously rubbing the back of his head.

"I love it." I squeal. "Come on." I grabbed his hand leading us to the blanket, sitting down.

"I know we were both a bit busy on our 6 month anniversary, so this a make-up." He opened the basket pulling out sandwiches.

"This is sweet, thank you." I took one of the sandwiches.

As we continued to have our little picnic, Neville was telling me stories about the new plants he had been working on. I knew how much Neville loved Herbology. I loved the little twinkle in his eyes whenever I asked about his new plants. As he continued to talk, I found these beautiful flowers and started to make him a flower crown.

I continued to loop the flowers around and constantly placing it onto Neville's head to see if it would fit. He didn't notice I was doing it until the 3rd time.

"Sweetheart, what are you doing?" He look at me with a small smile.

"I'm making you something, keep talking, I'm still listening." I kept looking at the crown. He gave me a small laugh before continuing.

About 20 minutes later, I finished his and mine and made one for myself, matching his. I put mine on and put on his.

"Do you want to see?" I asked. He nodded and pulled out my compact mirror out of my bag. Once he saw the crown, the corner of his lips curled up.

"It's lovely. It's a shame we didn't bring our polaroid camera." He frowned a bit. When we first started dating, the two of us were walking around Hogsmeade and saw this muggle camera. With both us being purebloods we really didn't understand the point of it. The pictures didn't move like the ones we were used to. But the sales lady explained the use of it and we decided to get one. Since then, we would take pictures of our relationship and hang them in our rooms.

"Wait!" I exclaimed digging into my bag. Eventually I found it and pulled it out. "I got it."

First I took a picture of Neville with his and then he took one of me with my tongue sticking out and Neville took one of the both of us.

After our mini photoshoot, I laid in between Neville's legs resting my head on his chest while he wrapped his arms around my waist.

"Did you enjoy today?" He asked placing his head on top of mine.

"I did. Best late anniversary date ever." I smiled. "We should do this more often. I like charcuterie boards."

"What? You don't like me, just my skill to make them?" I laughed.

"Yes." I said playfully. "I did love the charcuterie boards, but I love you more."

I did a double take of what I just said. We never said I love you yet.

"You love me?" He whispered.

"Yeah." I turned my head towards him.

"Well, I love you too." He kissed my forehead.
