"If you don't want anyone to notice you threw up, you should brush your teeth.", you watched Ymir tying up her pony tail from behind.
After following her advice, you and her strolled down to the canteen where everyone gathered for lunch already.
Since it was still an hour away before actual service, the location was still a little empty, which revealed as a perk in the end, due to the small head-ache you experienced.Reaching your regular spot, you were greeted by Hange and Levi, along with the sight of Eru by the side of the raven. She played with a strand of her hair, as she nodded eagerly at what he told her in seriousness. Noticing you were coming, he turned his disinterested eyes to you.
"Where were you?"You tried to ignore Eru giving you an unwelcome glare.
"Just in the bathroom.", you responded, not factually lying.
But Levi still sceptically eyed you, before Eru slightly grazed over his shoulder.
You eyes widened immediately and you felt another feeling coming up inside of you, which was much stronger than this disgusting taste in your mouth, although this one was related to repulsiveness as well.
"Then I'll see you later Corporal.", she sweetly said, giving him one of her damningly beautiful smiles. Her fingertips traced down his upper arm the slightest, brushing over his plain, white shirt, before she directed back to her own group.
Feeling an anger, you stared irritated at Levi.
He didn't even push her hand away, you thought.
Levi turned his unimpressed gaze back to you. Staring at him expectedly, you only received the raise of a brow.Hange uneasily moved on her seat up and down.
"I can't wait for the food to arrive!", she chirped excited.
"But-", she then turned to you, putting something out of her pocket.
"I still have some rests from the last time I baked the potato-things in a frying pan!", she exclaimed, before furrowing her brows slightly at you.
"The ones you and Eren spilled all over me."You watched her putting a few out and placing them on the table, before she turned to you with a smile. You wondered, whether these were also from the same batch you and Eren had watched her cook several months ago.
"But you can of course eat some too, since you gave me your lunch today.", she offered you a few with her hand.Levi coldly to you:
"You haven't eaten?"Not even giving him a look, you simply replied:
"I wasn't hungry."Levi's brow twitched, as he looked angrily at Hange.
"And you just ate her meal?"Hange with puppy eyes:
"You tried so hard to prepare it, I didn't want it to go to waste..."He huffed in response, directing his perishing eyes to you.
"You're going to eat like I ordered."You rolled your eyes.
"When I'm not hungry, I simply don't eat. That's how you're supposed to do it."Levi annoyed:
"If I tell you to do something, you do it without hesitating.""Sure granny, just don't stress yourself so much.", you dismissed, still slightly frustrated from before.
"Ohoho, moody today, aren't we?", Hange pouted at you.
Levi shot you an annoyed look, whereas the brunette pulled another piece of these things out of her pocket and placed them on top of her outstretched tongue. While relaxedly sitting on his spot, Levi glanced at you every now and then. After you returned in confusion, he simply turned his look away, taking a sip of the tea.
Pondering while attempting to decide what you should do, you finally spoke up.
"Hey...", you begun.
His critical gazed had confused you over the entire time already and there was a weight laying on your shoulders, waiting to be lifted.
"Um Levi? Can we talk?"
