Walking through campus in the cold breeze Jungkook felt the anxious feeling in his stomach return once more. He now came to the realization that there was a possibility of a future with Jimin. While he didn't feel like he rightfully deserved it, he was thankful for the chance.
They say college are the years for self discovery right?
Who knows what the future holds? Maybe Jungkook is unsure exactly what his feelings are for the other, but in the end regret will fill him. Listening to the voice within his head Jungkook decided he was willing to discover truly who he is.
It didn't take long before Jungkook reached the silent library filled with students. Many were studying for finals or looking for a quiet place to chill. Looking around with his doe eyes Jungkook spotted the newly blonde boy. He never realized how his skin glowed and hair illuminated in the sun.
Wow, was all he could think to himself. Shaking away his loose thoughts Jungkook walked over to Jimin who sat at a table at the back of the library near the window. This part of the library was empty and quiet, seemingly perfect for their meeting.
Pulling the wooden chair back and sitting in front of Jimin he smiled kindly. Jimin however simply tilted his head and smirked.
Jungkook then realized how much the boy truly changed. Now carrying himself with more confidence and pride then he last saw. He was shocked, but amazed as well.
"So you wanted to see me?" Jimin asked, amused.
He was entertained as he saw how Jungkook the former strong minded boy who always caused trouble was now stumbling over his words and fumbling with his hands.
Nodding Jungkook answered him, "I broke up with her,"
The silent library made the atmosphere obviously uncomfortable as Jimin didn't react. At least not the way Jungkook expected.
"Congratulations, but what do you expect to happen now?" The blonde male leaned closer against the label as he stared at Jungkook.
"Well last night you said to choose.. And I choose you." Jungkook spoke lest confidently now, almost as a child who was scolded.
"Ahh yeah I do remember that, but it isnt that simple."
Leaning back against his chain Jimin crossed his arms.
"You have to work for it Jungkook." He smiled at the raven haired boy. "I forgive you for the way you hurt me, because clearly you had some shit going on." He patted Jungkook's head to tease him. "So starting from today, I want you to treat me right.. Can you do that?"
Listening to Jimins words Jungkook nodded and hummed. Feeling his heart swell he agreed, " I can do that.. I won't make you regret this Hyung."
"Good"

"Hey Jimin I got you some boba I'll be waiting outside your dorm!" Jungkook hummed into the phone.
The following two weeks since their library meeting Jungkook was true to his words. Sending him baked goods, asking Jimin out on picnics, and always having late night face-times. Jungkook had Jimin swooning for him. In fact Jungkook was mesmerized by the other every time they met.
While not yet considered "boyfriends" some would mistake them as that if they saw how often they hung out or touched one another.
Nothing to physical as they merely held hands, leaned on one another's shoulder, and hugged.
It was truly a blossoming relationship.
So here Jungkook was once again ready to please Jimin as he stood outside his dorm with two cups of boba one for Jimin and another for him. He was hoping to do on a walk or watch movies in Jimins dorm today. Anything really.
However he was slightly shocked to see Jimin come down stairs with a medical mask covering his mouth and a large hoodie on.
"Wow, you look like you got hit by a truck," Jungkook chuckled.
Rolling his eyes Jimin grabbed his cup of boba that Jungkook held out to him.
"Yeah yeah, I caught a bad cold so I don't think we can hang out today ... sorry kook." Jungkook was no longer smiling. Jimin's voice was scratchy and he sounded exhausted.
With worried eyes Jungkook patted Jimins head as it was covered by a large hoodie and gave a small smile, "Don't be sorry. You don't sound to good, I'll get you some medicin and food then be back alright."
"No it's really okay I'll just sleep it off-"
"No buts chim, any good boyfriend would do it." Jungkook lightened the mood as he joked.
"You aren't my boyfriend," The sleepy boy groaned.
"Not yet! Now get back to bed and i'll just head up to your dorm and drop the stuff off in a bit okay."
To tired to refuse Jimin simply nodded and waddled his way back to his dorm where he would rest in bed. Jungkook was worried, but relieved knowing Jimin wouldn't be eating instant ramen and sleeping all day to cure his cold now.
Quickly making his way to the pharmacy Jungkook grabbed a few vitamins and medicines then made his way to a small resultant near by. They served plenty of soups, dumplings, and teas. So happily he ordered the small boy a meal and got some tea recommended him the kind old women who ran the restaurant.
Gathering all the materials Jungkook walked into Jimins dorm building and knocked on the families room.
Expecting the small tired boy, Jungkook was shocked to see his roommate instead.
"What do you want?" Tae spoke with a harsh tone.
"I came to give this to Jimin, he told me he had a cold so please make sure he takes the vitamins and eats everything." Jungkook merely pressed his lips firmly.
Tae still was not in good terms with Jungkook despite Jimin telling him he forgave him. Of course Jungkook didn't blame him as the roommate was there through Jimins pain. Watching how hurt he was because of a stupid mistake.
Tae simply grabbed the bags from Jungkook and nodded. About to close the door he felt it jam.
With his foot wedged between the door keeping it open Jungkook held the door slightly more open and looked at Tae.
"I really am sorry, thank you for taking care of him Tae." The younger said sincerely before turning and walking down the dorm hall.
Dropping off his roommate's items and doing as Jungkook told feeding him.
He could only think about Jungkooks words.
"Thank you... maybe that kid has common sense after all."
