WEEKS HAD GONE BY, AND dumbledore's army was still practicing, and hermione and paris still hadn't talked about their kiss. it wasn't until the last few days of school before the christmas holidays, that paris finally realised that hermione was jealous.
"so, that's it for this lesson. now, we're not going to be meeting again until after the holidays, so keep practicing on your own as best as you can, and well done, everyone." harry smiled. "great work."
everyone clapped, all happy with the progress that had been made.
ron, hermione and paris noticed harry staring intently at cho as everyone began to bid their goodbyes and took the hint. "we'll see you in the common room, harry." they nodded on their way out.
"what about me?" paris grumbled as they left.
"we'll sneak you in again, no problem." ron shrugged.
"see you soon, paris." eudora smiled, waving goodbye to her best friend.
the pair's friendship had improved again since eudora's enrolment into dumbledore's army, due to the fact they had the chance to hang out again.
"i'll catch up," ron explained to the two girls, before walking into the direction of his twin older brothers. "fred owes me two galleons!"
once the red-head was out of earshot, paris turned to hermione and smiled in amusement at her discovery. "you're jealous." she said, matter-of-factly.
"me? of what?" hermione snapped, whipping her head around.
"eudora."
"no i'm not!"
"you like me!" paris sang in an irritating song-song voice. "you like me!"
