This is an idea how a "short/small" script could look like:
- I'm y/n y/l/n (your name+your last name)
- My parents are ...
- My friends are ...
- I am ... years old
- Etc.

- I have (hair colour) hair
- I have long/short/medium/etc nails
- Etc.
~ Personality ~
- I'm funny/serious/your choice
- I'm social/shy/your choice
- I can easily make new friends/your choice
- I'm calm/I get excited easily/your choice
- Etc.
~ Questions you can ask and answer at yourself (so you could put the answer(s) in your script) ~
- What does my friend look like (describe how your friends look like)?
- How old are my friends?
- What are their personalities?
- Do I have a good friendship with them?
- Do I have a good relationship with my family?
- How does my mother/father/cousin/etc look like?
- What are their personalities?
- What kind of person am I?
- Am I going to a school/college/etc?
- If yes was your answer, which school/college/etc?
- What's your sexuality?
- Are you in a relationship?
- If yes was your answer, who's your lover? What's their age? What's their personality? Are they shy? Who are their friends?

- People can't read my mind/People can read my mind/People can only read my mind whenever I would like it/etc.
- Voldemort and Tom Riddle aren't the same person (if you would like to get murdered by Tom I would totally recommend it!)
- Your desired characters won't die
- You know all the spells (dude I recommend this if you want good grades and a good reputation)
- You get good/bad grades
- You are good at (fav subject)
- Your desired teachers like/hate/etc you (I scripted that Umbridge hates me bc I want to annoy the sh!t out of her)
- You look good in your house colour type of clothes
- Etc (will prob make another part for a hogwarts script)
