"Bell! What happened to the city" a voice called out

"I'm not sure Goddess Hestia! They had asked every available adventurer to help out with evacuation, so i must help them out" Bell said

"Okay Bell, but please be careful, make sure you watch over Welf and the others too okay?" Hestia asked

"Of course! What kind of Captain would I be if I didn't watch over my own teammates" Bell said

Middle of The City
Bell could be seen running and killing many monsters as he went through

"Welf! Where is Haruhime, Mikoto, and Lili?" bell asked

"Haruhime went to help out with the support group and Mikoto went to help out her old familia. Lili went to go help the kids at the orphanage" Welf said

"Okay Welf! I'm going to help out the Loki familia in the front lines" Bell said

"Bell! Come back safe" Welf said

"Of course!" Bell replied before running to the entrance of the dungeon

"Bell! Why are you here" Finn asked

"I want to help out! Please let me help" Bell pleaded

"Okay, go help out Ais and Bete" Finn said pointing at their location

"Ais, Bete I'm here to help out" Bell said cutting away some monsters

"Hehe, took you long enough bunny brat" Bete said

"Bell! Help me clear out monsters so that Bete has time to chant his magic" Ais said

"Okay Ais!" Bell said, The two made a pretty good duo, after all it was Ais to taught Bell how to fight

They had successfully cleared out their part and were about to head back before hearing a loud roar

"Finn!" Bete and Ais screamed out, the two went to run to rescue their Captain

The monster had paralyzed Bete and Ais, they were about to get squashed until Bell came in

"FireBolt!" Bell screamed out

"Bell! Run, please" Ais pleaded

"I'm sorry Ais, it's a hero's duty to help out those in need" Bell said before running to attack the monster

He had no idea what type it was, all he knew was that the monster is an enhanced species

The monster's power was greatly different from Bell's

"Bell! Please run!" Ais asked again

"I'm sorry Ais, I won't run even if it kills me, I'm done being a coward" Bell said before running to the monster to end it once and for all

Bell dashed at the monster and dodge it's attack, Bell started to charge up argonaut and firebolt. He aimed his hand right at the monster

"FireBolt!!" Bell screamed out

The recoil broke his arm but he was still fighting

Bell got up and charged argonaut again planning to use it with firebolt

"Bell! No! doing that will kill you!" Finn screamed, Finn Deimne, the braver. He was inspired by Bell's bravery, and yet he couldn't do anything but watch the boy injure himself

"FireBolt!!!" Bell screamed, his arm was torn off from his body

The monster had died, by the time the monster had died everyone had realized a boy standing in the center of it all

Bell was being engulfed in a white light and mist

"Bell! Your going to be okay! Stay with me!" Welf said rushing past the adventurers

"B..Bell" Ais said in tears

"Welf, I'm so glad your safe" Bell said

"I'm so glad all of you are safe, I guess I managed to help everyone out" Bell said smiling

"I'm so glad...I wish I could have spent more time with all of you" Bell said

Everyone around didn't know what to say

"No Bell! Your going to live, we'll get you help, and you'll be fine in no time!" Welf said in tears

"I'm sorry Welf, I'm sorry everyone, I really over did it this time" Bell said

"Don't worry Ais, it wasn't your fault, it was my fault for being too weak" Bell said

Ais was now crying, She knew it was her fault so why was Bell blaming himself

"Bete, can I ask you a favor?" Bell asked, making Bete look his way

"Please look after my familia, I know our goddesses aren't in good terms but please do it for me?" Bete asked

"I..I'll try my best" Bete said

"Everyone it was a fun ride! But my time is up, I'm sorry again for not being strong" Bell said before disintegrating into nothingness

That day no one celebrated, it was the death of Bell Cranel, the true hero of their time
