S I X - accidents happen

The day after the demonstration (Y/N) was sat in her living room, scrolling through her phone. It seemed everyone was busy today. Sam and Robby were training, Demetri was out trying to join Cobra Kai and Eli was back at the tattoo parlour for whatever reason. She had been busy too, her own training at the ice rink had begun. A few lessons a week. 9am till 12pm. That meant she had the afternoon to herself.

Sighing she threw her phone to the side. She was board of switching between the same 3 apps. She wandered to the kitchen, grabbing herself an icecrean from the freezer. As she opened her treat she heard a rapid knock on the front door.

Curious, she snuck to the door to glance through the peep whole. Dropping her icecream when she saw Demetri on her porch, blood dripping from his nose. "Shit." She muttered, throwing the door open. "Demetri what happened?" She asked, pulling him inside.

She grabbed the first-aid kit from under the sink, pulling out plasters and antiseptic wipes as Demetri rambled about the guy and Cobra Kai who had assaulted him.

"Wait so he just attacked you for no reason?" She asked as she used a wipe to clean the blood of his face. "Thats assault Demetri, you should press charges."

He winced as the cut on his nose was cleaned. "I just wanted to be able to defend myself (Y/N). And to be able to defend you." He sighed.

(Y/N) smiled softly. "Demetri you don't have to protect me. You just need to stay out of trouble." She said placing a plaster on the bridge of his nose. "There, all patched up."

She could see the disappointment in his eyes, he so desperately wanted to do something about bullies that plagued him.

Suddenly an idea popped into her head and a smile grew on her face. "You know Demetri. There is another karate dojo in town."

(Y/N) dragged Demetri round the back on Miyagi-do with an excited smile on her face. "Mr LaRusso!" She called, gaining the attention of the three occupants in the tranquil garden.

"Hey (Y/N)." Sam smiled. "Whats up?"

"Is everything okay?" Robby asked, watching as she dragged Demetri into their garden, the biggest smile plastered on her face. Her eyes twinkling with happiness.

"I have a new student for Miyagi-do!" She grinned, pushing her friend towards Mr LaRusso.

"Really?" Mr LaRusso question, an excited smile playing in his lips. He didn't want to believe it, it seemed to good to be true.

"Uh... I guess so?" Demetri mumbled, glancing at his friend.

Both Mr LaRusso and (Y/N) smiled. She knew this was a good idea. She knew this would help Demetri.

An hour or so later (Y/N) sat watching as Sam and Robby sparred whilst Mr LaRusso was trying to get Demetri to get used to specific muscle memory movements.  She could hear him complaining from her seat on the deck.

She felt a buzz from her phone in her pocket. Looking at the screen she saw an Instagram notification.

'HawkKicksAss started following you'

She smiled as another notification popped on screen. It was an message, from Eli.

Eli: hey I hope I have the right account. My moms out at work til late. Wanna hang out later? Movie and snacks?

(Y/N): hell yeah? What we watching? Harry Potter?

Eli: anything you want. Head over for 5?
