*one wrong move and it all came crashing down*

*Leah's Pov*

"Where you at L'?" Tony asked me.

"Just- fighting! Some- AGENTS!" I told him, while attacking the shit out of some H.Y.D.R.A agents who approached me.

Two of them tackled me to the ground, and I got so mad at them that I flung them off me with my powers; both of them hitting their heads across a tree each.

I stood up and wiped the snow and mud off of me. My eyes where purple now and I had iris coloured energy flowing around my hands. I have never been so frustrated with some bad guys in my life. They really pissed me off.

"Well that was definitely something I'd pay to watch again," a familiar voice said to me. My eyes went back to normal and Tony, in his iron man suit, was flying down next to me.

"You- you WATCHED?!" I shouted at him.
"Maybe," he answered with a smug look on his face.
"You watched, when you could of HELPED ME!?" he could of just landed me a hand instead of making me go mental.

"It was cool though," he reassured me in a jokey way. I just glared at him and he laughed at me.
"Lets go!"

He picked me up and flew towards the castle.

"Wait!" I called through comms.
Tony stopped in mid air, waiting to hear what I was about to say.

"Strucker is not going to worry about civilian casualties, someone seeds to go help them," I called to let everyone know.

"Sir, the city is taking fire."

"Send in the iron Legion," Tony ordered J.A.R.V.I.S.

We carried on going towards the castle and he placed me down by a window.

I went to go find my own way in, planning on distracting people; or even better, finding Strucker himself.

"We have an enhanced in the field!" Steve said.

This won't be good.

"Drawbridge is down, people," Tony informed us.

"Find the scepter," Thor demanded.
"And for gosh sake, watch your language!" Tony said mockingly. I laughed to myself at his silly comment.

I snook around the base, and see a room full of agents, with Tony in the window. I leaned on the door frame watching his little show. None of the agents had seen me because they're not facing me. Only their backs.

They start firing at his iron man suit, the bullets bouncing off.

"Guys, stop, we gotta talk about this," Tony said to them all sarcastically. I lose my patience and knock them all out by manipulating their precious, weak, little minds.

"Good talk," Tony said a bit shocked at my tiny performance.
"No it wasn't," a Fortress Soldier said snarling. Tony turns around and just straight up knocks him out. Guess he done it defensively.

We walked into a connected room were there was a bunch of computers. Tony stepped out of his iron man suit smirking at me. Oh god, that's never good.

"Sentry mode," I said to J.A.R.V.I.S.
Me and Tony walked over to the computers and as we were taking a look at them, I couldn't help but notice that Tony just wouldn't stop looking at me.

I looked at him, my eyebrows furrowed and he looked a way smiling. After a few minutes of silence, Tony stood up straight and looked over to J.A.R.V.I.S.

"Okay, J.A.R.V.I.S. You know I want it all. Make sure you copy Hill at HQ."

I walk around a tiny bit, stroking my hand across the brick walls.
"I know your hiding more than files. Hey, Fri, give me an IR scan if the room, real quick," I lift my arm up a tiny bit that had my watch and spun around slowly, allowing F.R.I.D.A.Y, my AI, to scan the whole area.

"The wall to your left...I'm reading steel reinforcement and an air current," F.R.I.D.A.Y explained.

Tony walks over to the wall. "We should set up F.R.I.D.A.Y and J.A.R.V.I.S on a date?"

"Never gonna happen!" I laughed and he rolled his eyes playfully.

"Please be a secret door, please be a secret door, please be a secret door...." Tony pushed the wall and it opened up.

I heard a little "yay" from him when it opened. I laughed to myself at how child like he can be at times.

As he walked through the passage, I felt my powers get stronger, but me? I felt weaker. It was as if my powers were slightly taking control. But I let it go, knowing the scepter must be in there.

I seen the scepter and I walked around, seeing a gigantic Levathian hung on strings.

"Guys I got strucker," Steve commented.
"Yeah, I got something bigger," Tony said.

Everything in this room was recovered artifacts of the Battle of New York.
"Thor, I got eyes on the prize," Tony told the squad.

*Tony's Pov*

Just as I looked up from the Loki's scepter, the Chitauri Leviathan comes to life and I duck as it escapes.

I look back up and I see all the Avengers, my friends....dead...

I see Leah on the floor and I run over to her, lifting her into my arms. I checked her pulse and there wasn't one. I couldn't help but break down. How did this happen? She was with me just a second ago, how she is now gone.

I place her down gently, seeing Steve lying down next to me, and his broken shield. I went to check his pulse as well, until he grabbed onto my arm.

"You could of saved us, you could've saved Leah," he said to me, and then dies right infront of me.

I then turns around and see Leah standing opposite of me....pale....angry.
"Why didn't you do more?" She said harshly. Then she placed a hand on me cheek.

"Just wake up." What?

*Leah's Pov*

"Tony? Hey Tony, snap back into focus. Come on Tony."

Tony was just standing there, not moving, awake, but showing no emotion. I recognise these types of symptoms. I've done this to people before. Did i do this? Or was it the enhanced Steve was warning us about earlier?

He finally snapped back into reality, and looked at me for a few seconds. I knew he wanted to do something, but he held it back. He grabbed the scepter and grabbed my wrist, getting us out of the base.
