"Perhaps I shall have one more drink and then I shall return you home, hm?" You agree with him and he could not possibly rise to his feet with more haste, forcing a smile as he rushes back to the counter so that hr might order what he wishes. "Thank you very much for coming with me this morning.."

He sits back across from you, leaning back, relaxed on his chair as you sip from your drink. "I do promise I shall take you home after this. I am sure you have many more callers you must attend to!"
"You are quite wrong. I do not have so many at all." You smile to him, lifting the cup to your mouth slowly.
"I do not believe that. You are lovely, you must have countless callers." He leans in a little closer. "There is another ball tonight, I presume you shall be in attendance... may I count on a dance with yourself?"
