Chapter 9

Natasha's Pov:

We went to the kitchen to have more privacy

"Clint, Rhodney, I don't she knows where Bucky is" I said "why do you say so?" Rhodney asked "I don't know she just doesn't look like she knows something else that we already asked her" I said "look, she was a criminal known not just because she had great technology, because she kidnapped people and killed people" Rhodney said "And if you notice, no one knew her identity until we captured her." Clint added "Yeah, but if she was so well known for that I imagine she is also a great fighter, so I don't understand why it was so easy to catch her" I said "I don't know Nat" Clint said. 

The kitchen was silent for a couple of minutes 

"I know, let me talk to her and if I find out that she is lying we will talk to Tony, and then we will see what to do, do you think?" I suggested "I can do it I can do it with a lie detector and everything." "Ok but, if something goes wrong I'm not going to doubt a second" Clint said "I'm going to do it now" 

Small-Time Skip...

"Y/N" I called while entering the lab "yes?" someone said "oh, hello darlin' where you callin' me? She asked "yes, can I talk to you?" I said "sure". I take her to my room, shut the door and sand in front of her "wow darlin', you are beautiful and everything, but I think we should get to know each other better before we do this" she said "what? Oh," I said while I blushed a little "shit, no I don't want to do that I just want to talk to you" I said "oh ok, what do you want to talk about?" she asked "well, as you know Bucky got lost two days ago, and you were the last person who saw and talked to him" I started "yeah and...?" "We were wondering if you know something else like I know we already talked to you, and you said everything you know, but we need to know more" I said, she looked at me directly in the eyes and then smirked "what is so funny?" I asked "I think I know something else" she said "what is it?" "I don't know maybe I don't want to tell ya" she said "Y/N" I said "yeah, I just don't feel like I want to tell you" she said teasing "c'mon Y/N" I said "I don't know what would you give me in return?" she asked "damn, Rhodney and Clint were right about you" I mumbled 

"I know" she said with a cheeky smile "what?" I asked with an annoyed tone "If I tell you what I know you will go on a date with me" she proposed "Y/N" I said "oh c'mon it's just a date we don't have to be a couple after, we can be just friends, it's just to get to know you better" she said "ok, just a date nothing else" I said "just a date" she said happily, her smile was quite nice, no you just didn't say that

"Now, tell me what you know" I said  "When Bucky and I were talking he said he missed home, that if he could back in time he would have stopped everything and stay with Steve being just normal 25 years old men, have a family and everything" she said and stand up "hope that helps in something, and see you tomorrow at 8:00 pm on the roof, precious" she said and left my room jumping 

Small-time skip...

"Guys, she told me something else" I said "what?" they asked "That Bucky wants to have normal life"  I said "what do you mean by normal life?" Steve asked "oh hi Steve I didn't notice you were here" I said "no problem, now what do you mean by normal life?" he asked again "that if he could back in time he would have stopped everything and stay with Steve being just normal 25 years old men, have a family and everything" I said "damn Bucky where are you?" Steve said 

"Where are you guys from again?" Rhodney asked "well, I'm from Brooklyn and  Bucky is from Romania, but we grew up together" Steve answered "let's look in Brooklyn then" Rhodney said
