"tell me what happened" i asked Von calmly looking at him with a straight face.

"what chu talkin bout lil fo nem" he asked in more of a mumble looking down at his phone.

"did you know my daddy got shot like last week?" i asked making him laugh loudly.

"fonem got his ass popped." he laughed uncontrollably making me look at him in disbelief.

"Von that is so rude" i said making him stop laughing.

"my bad" he pecked my lips moving me onto his lap.
"what happened." he asked more softly.

"my dad got shot leaving church last week, and i wanted to know did-"

"you think i popped yo og ?" he asked laughing a little.

"i don't know" i said in more of a mumble."did you?" i looked up at him.

"you so fine, on my mama." he hugged me kissing my lips repeatedly.

"i'm so not playing right now." i straight faced him pushing him back some.

"me neither, why you look so good like that?" he started kissing me again.

"Von" i lowly groaned.

"hmm?" he mumbled against my neck.

"you starting to make me mad" i said lowly keeping a straight face making him laugh.

"is he dead?" he asked making me shake my head no.
"then ian do it." he shrugged trying not to laugh.

"you are so mean, that's not even funny dayvon" i said standing up from his lap walking over to True picking her up while she reached for me.

she almost instantly started nodding off in my arms. that's new, she's usually always trying to fight me.

i met his kids before, and their mothers as well. they're cool in my book so far, they did nothing to rub me the wrong way.

"i'm sorry" he said laughing still.
