"Okay this is getting old" was the only thing I said.

"I know, I know. The audience hates this but it must be." He said and i sighed. War has already risen and now Conquest? I'm thinking it's a bit too cliche.

"You said Conquest was rising...explain." I said, gaining a look of determination. I was not gonna give up after coming all the way here. I'm taking War down. And Conquest if need be.

"She hasn't escaped his bonds yet. But She will soon, unless you stop him. And there is only one way that I know of" he said in a grim voice. I looked at him with a spark of hope. Conquest wasn't released yet. That was good news... okay fine, it wasn't terrible news. "Tell me" I ordered.

"You must close the Bottomless Pit. The horsemen are drawing strength from it. Close it and Conquest, along with the other two horseman will no longer have the power to escape. But War will still be needed to taken care of" he said in a deep voice.

"Better than nothing" I said. Lucifer gave a small smile and looked at me. "The time has come for you to wake. Remember...the staff of Moses. Find it as quickly as you can" he said and my body started turning into mist.

I nodded and eventually my misty body dissipated. My vision blurred and I felt blackness overcome me. My consciousness slowly returned to my body. I opened my eyes and yawned loudly.

I looked around and saw that I was in a room that I hadn't seen before. The walls were painted a fiery orange colour and it was relatively empty. There was just the bed and a lamp that was placed on a table. Beside that, the room didn't contain anything else.

I got up and stretched, freeing myself from all tiredness. I was about to walk out when the door opened before I could reach it. In came Carter, who looked both surprised and relieved to see that I was awake. He let out a deep sigh and before I knew it, I was engulfed in hug.

"Good to see that you're alright" he said, unwrapping me and standing straighter. I smiled at his gesture. It's good to know that there are people that care about you.

"Thank you, but I must leave soon. I know where I must go and am a little short on time." I said while chuckling. Carter looked a bit downcast at the prospect of me going but nodded and gave a small smile.

"Well before you go, talk to Sadie. She was just as worried as I was. Things have been rough for her ever since her fight with Walt." He said with a faraway look. I looked at him with confusion.

"Who's Walt? And what was the fight about?" I asked with a questioning look.

"Long story short, Walt was Sadie's boyfriend. Then they got into a fight when Anubis, who Walt is hosting, started to... act up" he said with a thoughtful expression.

I remembered Lucifer telling me something about Egyptian gods being cursed. I knew what had happened. Unfortunately, there was nothing I could to.

"It's not his fault. A curse has been placed on Egyptian deities that prevents them from having affairs with mortals. Tell her to give him another chance and... be patient" I said and Carter eyes widened. He nodded in understanding.

"Anyway, I must be off now. As much as I would like to say goodbye to Sadie, there is no time. Give her my love will ya?" I said and summoned Lucy. Somehow, I knew it was now male. So I guess I'm calling him Lucian.

"See you later buddy" I said and dissolved into soft mist. I reappeared a few miles to the east of the nome. I had a destination in mind, but it would not be easy to get there. I had to travel half way across the globe to reach Egypt...the original one.

Travelling by flying would be easier but it would take too long. I had to teleport there. But teleporting is no easy job. A few miles wouldn't be something to even think about. But travelling from Brooklyn to Egypt was a journey of around six thousand miles. It was gonna be hard

I took a deep breath and readied myself. I thought calming thoughts and relaxed my shoulders. I willed myself to dissolve into light particles. For a second I was stationary, but in the next  second I was zooming at speeds well over sixty thousand miles per hour. I knew the journey should take around five minutes.

I reappeared at what I think is Egypt and stumbled from the exhaustion. I shook myself to clear my head. I knew I still had to travel a bit more to reach the Red Sea. I decided to fly instead of teleporting again. I rolled my shoulder joints and my two wings sprang forth in all their glory.

Just bringing them out filled me with a bit of energy and reduced my tiredness. With a great thrust, I took into the air. I flew towards the north east. I kept course for a while before I sensed the familiar feeling of a water body nearby.

With I few seconds I saw the place I was looking for. The Red Sea lay ahead of me. I kept flying and crossed the coast. When I was around fifty miles into the sea, I lowered myself. I hovered at a height of around thirty feet.

I didn't have a plan. I just hoped that the sea would guide me or something like that. I looked down and took a deep breath, even though I could breathe underwater.

"I really need a vacation" I said and dropped down
