Summer with brooches of sunflowers
And the salty ocean breeze trailing behind her
Followed ivy tendrils and petals from marigold flowers

Summer with rainbow colored eyes

Summer with her blue seas and blue skies
And her unique, trendy style
In Summer everything is at its Renaissance
Where trees are in adulthood and at their strongest
In Summer everyone gets what they want
To have a 3-month break and to chill and rest
In Summer there are lemonade stands and ice cream
To satisfy young children's thirst
In Summer you can fly and live your dreams
And try new things and have many firsts

Hoping the heavy rain would wash away pain or tears
