Merry Christmas, [Y/N]~!

Just one note, [S/C] means Smash Character, so you can choose whoever you're in love with~.

It was finally the best day in the Smash Mansion, Christmas Eve. All the brawlers put all of their gifts underneath the big tree in the ball room, around probably hundreds, maybe even thousands of gifts underneath the tree for everyone to give out. Some of the brawlers were either playing, talking, eating, hanging out and having just a fun time during the holidays.

It was about around ten minutes until midnight, and almost everyone was eager to open up their gifts, especially the kids. Already Pikachu and Yoshi were trying to sneakily open up their presents, but were caught by Rosalina, then she lectured and scolded them for doing that and they said their apologies by giving her a hug or a nudge with love.

Where were you at? Well, you were just hanging out and talking with your closest friends, having a fun time with them as well. Though, you couldn't keep your eyes off a certain someone in the ball room, since they in fact couldn't keep your eyes off you as well. They looked at you once more and gave you a small wink, making your cheeks slightly burn up and for you to avert your gaze. They couldn't help but chuckle lightly and go back to what they were doing.

Finally, it was around five minutes until Christmas and everyone gathered in front of the tree. Mario went to the front along with Master Hand, Master Hand telling everyone to calm down so Mario could make an announcement. Once everyone was quiet, Mario cleared his throat and smiled brightly towards everyone.

"Hello everybody! Merry Christmas to you all! Now, I-a know the clock is ticking and you are all-a eager to open your presents, right?" he asked. Most of the brawlers, especially the children, eagerly nodded their heads in impatience, some just shrugged or nodded simply, since they didn't mind much about the presents, they just wanted to have a good time.

Mario chuckled at them all in amusement and smirked, looking at the clock, seeing that there was only 10 seconds until Christmas.

"Well, your time starts..." The seconds hand eagerly clicked towards the eleven then after five seconds, it struck twelve and the mansion rang the bell that it was finally midnight.

"NOW!"

Mario called happily and he quickly and happily made his way underneath the tree, the kids and a few of the brawlers making their way quickly as well. Some of the kids pouted towards Mario, saying, "That's no fair!" "You planned going towards the front, didn't you!?" The females watched a few of the men open up their gifts happily, giggling at how silly they looked.

In the meantime, Palutena was busy carefully placing a big Santa hat on top of Master Hand with her magic, while Master Hand stayed still and watched the brawlers open their gifts, making him chuckle lightly. Once Palutena was done placing the hat on him, she stepped back and smiled happily at her perfection.

"There you go, Master Hand! All done! Plus, the hat is stuck so it won't fall off but, you can take it off anytime you'd like," she informed Master Hand, making him nod and giving her a thumbs up. "Thank you, Lady Palutena. I love it," he said. (Yes, Master Hand can talk here.) She blushed lightly and gave him a bright smile, the other females couldn't help but see and smile and clap at her little gift to him, making the goddess bow.

Where were you at now? Well, you were in the balcony with your winter clothes on, watching the crystal snow fall down towards the ground and onto the mansion. You got a snowflake on your nose and chuckled to yourself, picking it off and watching it slowly melt on your finger. You sighed slowly and watched your breathe come out as fog, thinking snow at night was so beautiful yet, romantic. You wished that certain someone was here with you.

Right on cue, you felt a pair of arms hug you from behind and a head place itself on your shoulder, whispering a small, "Hello [Y/N]~." next to your ear. You chuckled lightly, knowing exactly who it was. "Hey [S/C]," you whispered back, turning yourself around to face them with a smile. They smiled back and kissed your cheek.

"Why aren't you with the others?" they asked you with a raised eyebrow. You shrugged slightly with a smile. "I don't really much care about the gifts, I just wanted to come out here to watch the snow fall down is all," you said simply, in which they nodded with a smile, since they knew you liked to mostly come out to watch the pretty view outside the mansion.

"I can't blame you, it's really pretty out here," they told you while leaning against the rail next to you, while you looked out again and nodded with a smile.

"Yeah..."

Suddenly, something above you caught your eye. You looked up and suddenly saw that a mistletoe was hanging above you both. [S/C] caught on at what you were looking at and looked up as well, seeing that there was in fact, a mistletoe hanging above you two.

You both felt your cheeks turn a bright red and you looked at each other, grinning.

"You know what this means... right?" they asked, leaning closer to you and wrapping their arms around your waist/neck.

You chuckled and wrapped your arms around their neck/waist.

"Of course I know what this means," you said simply, before leaning in and placing your lips against theirs in a kiss, while they smiled and kissed you back immediately underneath the mistletoe.

After kissing for a few seconds, you both pulled away and leaned your forehead against theirs with a smile and a small blush across your cheeks.

"Merry Christmas, [Y/N]~," they whispered to you before kissing your nose. You chuckled lightly and smiled softly with a soft sigh.

"Merry Christmas, [S/C]~," you whispered back.

You felt as though this was the best Christmas you've ever had, and you would never forget about this moment with them.
