A new type of demi-human

In the demi-human dimension, everyone was good and the children were at school until a report came into Fate Fort. Virgil got the report.

Virgil: Fate team, we got a missing report coming in.

Nick: What do we have?

Vrigil: A dragon has been reported missing, don't know how they pulled that one but they are gone and it is a weird one.

Nick: How long ago was this?

Virgil: Reported her missing about ten minutes ago.

Just then, other reports came in.

Virgil: Whoa, whoa, whoa, we got other reports flowing in!

Nick: Same thing?'

Virgil: Yeah but, each of them have a different Demi-human missing, if I didn't know my mad scientist lore, I feel that someone is collecting demi-humans for something bad.

Nick: Troy, you got something?

Troy: -grunts- Yeah, wherever this person took them, they built it in an underwater cave, can't pinpoint out exactly where. They need the moisture for whatever they are going to do.

Cove came on the line.

Cove: Can you see the water, how dark was it?

Troy: Almost pitch black.

Cove: Geodes, give me a number on a set of caves almost to the bottom of the sea bed.

Extreme AI: There are a lot; you are going to have to narrow it down.

Troy went back through the vision and focused on hearing and feeling where he was.

Tory: The air is rich with oxygen, which means there is an automatic filtration system and I can sense it the cave is somewhere in the bottom half of the earth.

Fargan: Doesn't have to be automatic, all you would have to do is splash the water for extra oxygen.

Extreme AI: And bottom half of the earth narrows it down a lot, got a handful of caves.

Cove: Start sonar pulsing.

Extreme AI: Launching solar pulse missiles.

Sonar pulse missiles are launched to get readout of areas they couldn't reach to in time. Once the missiles were launched they split up and went back into the water, they hit the sea bed and sent off a sonar pulse to see which cave it was. After a few minutes one of the missiles got a hit.

Extreme AI: Got a location, too deep for some Underwater Fate team can't go that deep.

Cove: Those who can get in there and rescue those people.

Sion: Deploying now!

Two geodes with the Underwater Fate team that can go that deep deployed and went under the ground into a fault line to pick up speed. Once they got to the location, they breached close to the location and worked their way from there from an open lava flow.

Once they got close, Zane, Sion, Tessa and Cicada came out with another set of Extreme AIs and went in. They found the cave entrance and went in slowly. They didn't see anyone but the cave went deeper.

Sion: Few stay here and guard the entrance, rest of us, move and keep silent.

All of them moved in and were quiet heading down, they were coming up on a corner and saw something weird. They sent video from them up to everyone on the surface.

Nick: What is that?

Zane: If I know my similarities, it looks like something between what Roman was in and the pod room in Destiny City.
