My Vs. My Anxiety

Hey Cheesecicles! So I wanna share something with you in case you don't know cause I don't remember if I told you!

I have anxiety and social anxiety!

I've had it for most of my life, so it's basically a part of me. I haven't been diagnosed with it, but I know without a doubt that I have it!

Now, you may ask: What's anxiety and how does it affect you?

Well, there's a few different types of anxiety. For me, I tend to worry a lot, even if there's nothing to worry about. I worry a LOT. And I mean a lot...

Sometimes I can't sleep cause I end up thinking about things that make me anxious such as school or tests. I can't help it. It just happens...

Things that make me anxious: School, tests, being called on in class, presentations, failing, math, people fighting, yelling, doors slamming, being alone in a crowded place, being in crowds in general, sudden loud noises and basically anything with an uncertain outcome...

But, I'm okay! I've never had an actual panic attack, but there have been times where I felt like I was about to. My heart would start racing, I'd feel really warm, my chest would feel a bit tight, and sometimes, I'd feel like i couldn't breath for a few minutes. I also get teary eyed and if I'm alone, I usually end up crying...

This rarely happens though!

I just wanted to share that!
