[2] THE MISUNDERSTANDING - Feb 26 2021

Jimin and Jungkook are colleagues. They become close when they had to do a presentation for a client together. They are impressed with the ideas the other has to share. They hang out eventually due to work parties and events. They soon consider each other a great work colleague and friend. 

When Jungkook asks Jimin out 2 years after their friendship was established, Jimin said yes. 

7 months into their dating, they consummate their relationship

The next morning though, Jungkook leaves early as they have work and the stay over wasn't planned

Everything was well at work. Jungkook couldn't stop flirting with Jimin, that was till Jungkook was asked to go to a meeting with the boss

Jimin enters the pantry room only to be cornered by Taemin 

"So when are you going to sleep with me?"

Jimin was surprised. Everyone knew he was dating Jungkook 

"Excuse me?"

"Oh come on… Jungkook was bragging about how he got that tight ass… come on… he said he broke you in already… or was the picture a lie?" Taemin smirks

Jimin's heart broke "...a picture?"

"Yea.. this… see" Taemin shows Jimin a picture from the whatsapp messenger. Seems Jungkook sent Taemin the picture this morning. A picture of Jimin sleeping shirtless. It was pretty clear for anyone who saw the picture to come to a conclusion on why he had that disheveled look. Jimin knew it was him, even though his face wasn't that clear. It was his bedroom, his bed

"J-Jungkook…" Jimin nearly sobbed 

"You don't believe me? Look at all the messages he sent me about you…"

Jimin hears them as his hands trembles

Jimin was a good fck. You can have him for a day if you want. Maybe we can have a threescore one day. Jimin is tight as fck. I came just by seeing him on all fours

Jimin took to leave for 2 weeks and left to Busan. Jungkook was surprised that Jimin never answered his calls or opened the door to him. His boss tells him that Jimin took leave

Taemin hated Jungkook and wanted to fck Jimin. Jungkook was his competition and it hurt his ego that Jimin chose Jungkook over him 

He had seen Jungkook smile that day while looking at his phone. He stole the phone from Jungkook's table when he went to irritate the boy. He knew Jungkook's password, he has been Jungkook swipe that pattern so many times during their meetings and when Jungkook was busy with Jimin, Taemin searched   through Jungkook's recent activity on his phone and send a message via Jungkook's phone to his before deleting evidence from the man's phone

"Why didn't you talk to me? Why didn't you trust me and believe him?" Jungkook was angry

"...don't blame him when you are at fault here. Why did you take my picture without permission. You broke my trust there. You know how much I hate taking pictures,  you know I fear hacking. Then why? I lost my trust in you…"

Jungkook's eyes widen. He didn't mean to take a picture but he couldn't help it. Jimin looked cute and he wanted a picture to remind him of their first time

"...I'm really sorry. I didn't respect your wishes. I didn't mean any harm but I guess you are right. I did it against your wish. When you trusted me. I'm really sorry… will you be able to forgive me one day…?"

Jimin just shakes his head 

"I deleted the picture from my mobile and made sure to make Taemin delete it as well. He doesn't have a copy. The boss was informed of his actions and he was fired for sexual harassment…" Jungkook says making Jimin sigh "...Please… give me a second chance… I promise not to break your trust this time…"

Jimin sighs again "... just give me time… it's not easy to get other something like this…"

"I understand…" Jungkook sighs as he turns to leave "… please know I love you and I'm really sorry…"

Jungkook walks to the door only to stop when Jimin back hugs him, mumbling into his back with tears 

"One week away from you was killing me… I missed you so much… it will take time for me to completely forgive and forget but I don't want you to go back. I want you to stay. Let's go back to Seoul together tomorrow… I love you Jungkook"

Jungkook turns around smiling sadly "...I love you too Jimin…"
