It's been seven months since California. You and Andi live together in a two-bedroom apartment. At the moment, you just lost your job. The company you worked for was doing budget cuts and since you were one of the recent hires, you were among the few asked to leave.

Andi was working on her dreams of being an actress. She was auditioning for any roles her manager put her in, but for backup, she was working as a waitress. When she had time off she would take acting classes or volunteer at the local theater. You really only saw her at night.

You were happy for her. She was doing something she loved. You on the other hand were in desperate need of something new.
