Mew headed to the room where Gulf was staying. He knocked on the door, but there was no reply.
"Gulf?" he whispered.
He went into the room and looked around. Eventually, he noticed a lump in the sheets on the bed. He peeked into the sheets cautiously.
Gulf was asleep, his face completely unguarded. He must have been tired out by the drive. His long eyelashes cast shadows across his face. His glossy black hair lay across his cheek and Mew gently brushed it off.
Mew stroked Gulf's cheek with a finger.
He then placed a tender kiss on Gulf's lips to wake him up.
