𝑻𝑯𝑬 𝑳𝑶𝑼𝑫 𝑩𝑰𝑪𝑲𝑬𝑹𝑰𝑵𝑮 𝑩𝑬𝑻𝑾𝑬𝑬𝑵 𝑬𝑽𝑰𝑬 𝑷𝑬𝑹𝑬𝒁 𝑨𝑵𝑫 𝑱𝑶𝑺𝑯𝑼𝑨 𝑳𝑨𝑾𝑹𝑬𝑵𝑪𝑬 boomed through the usually quiet empty classroom. The noise coming from the airy vent was overpowered by the two as they experienced a god-awful factor by the name of lover's quarrel, something they had both been living with in their relationship for the last horrid month. Nothing about each other seemed appealing to one another as they argued about the littlest things, all seeming to be blown way out of proportion. It was a strange situation to not only then, but the friends they surrounded each other with as well due to the fact that in stage one of their new established coupling, a few months prior, the two seemed to be unable to keep their prying hands off each other. Turning around for a small split second could result in the disappearance of the two teenagers.

Thankfully it was quite easy to locate them sucking faces in any nearby corner, zero shame as their hands roamed through each other's bodies, Evie's soft fingers finding their way towards his soft yet messy dirty blonde locks before being forced off by the teachers she liked to call prudes. Hell ! Before they even got together their eyes would always meet, Joey Del Marco claiming that there was sexual tension clearly apparent between them. It was sort of strange for Evie to not receive the sexually-charged smirks instead of the soft ones you would see in a romantic comedy from the geeky love interest she couldn't help but root for as she highly enjoyed binging them on television with the girls of the group. She was quite confused at first once she was met with the kind, almost shy-like smile, the now ex-jock shot her. Little did she known, it would become quite the routine every morning before sitting down at their assigned seats.

Joshua Lawrence's smile became even more radiant overtime as Evie's cheeks became pinker and not because she had bought a rosier shade of blush. It was hard not to fall under the golden boy's accidental charm as his sweet, wistful grin was always there during her many hard days, which let's face the hardcore facts, she had a lot as it was fairly easy to annoy the young Latina. Meanwhile, the boy who kept managing to wipe off the small frown upon her olive complexion as he would smile even brighter on a sunny day in the middle of September, pretending to be completely comfortable within the vicinage of Grand Army━━ Key word, pretending ! He had changed.
