KNOWING WHAT WE DID OPENED A WHOLE NEW DOOR OF POSSIBILITIES. Emily, Spencer and I are hanging out while Hanna went to try and get Mona. We needed to talk. Emily still couldn't believe it.
"Leslie Stone? That's crazy." Emily sighed.
"That's what I said but maybe it's not." Spencer replied.
"Okay, wait. You were in a room with this person." Emily tried.
"Yeah. And they were wearing a mask." Spencer retorted.
"Look, Mona's always been shady about how she met this girl. And now we know why. They were sharing a straitjacket." I let out. I knew something was off about her the moment I met her.
"Bella-" Emily tried but I kept going.
"Let's not forget that Mona got a gas mask. And she was passing out juice boxes while the rest of us were making sure we still had kidneys!" I exclaimed.
"What's taking Hanna so long?" Emily asked.
"I don't know. She probably has to drag Mona here on a leash." Spencer replied.
"Guys, we saw A jump off a building. A set up an underground bunker with more spy equipment than the CIA. I mean seriously, in your heart do you believe that Leslie Stone could-" Emily started but I cut her off.
"People can surprise you. Mona maintained a 4.0 average and perfect hair while she was tapping Rosewood's police calls."
"Bella, we jumped on the Andrew train-"
"But he didn't have a motive! This girl does. She thinks that we killed Bethany!" I yelled. Finally Hanna came in. Alone.
"I can't get to her."
"Why?" Spencer and I asked while Emily asked "Did Mona skip town?"
"No. Mona's mom busted her for sneaking into Radley. She's totally unplugged. She's not even allowed to leave her room." Hanna replied. Great.
"Doesn't matter. I'm not sure Mona would be of any help anyways." Spencer let out and crossed her arms.
"Now you tell me? After I tried to shimmy up her drainpipe?" Hanna stammered.
"Okay, well I have to go. My mom made an appointment for me and her with Dr. Sullivan. I can't be late." Emily said.
"I should schedule one for Byron and I." I huffed and they all stared at me. Shit. I forgot to tell them.
"Why?" Hanna shrugged.
"Uh. No reason." I tried.
"You're a better liar than that, Bella. What's going on?" Spencer asked.
"Well, thanks to A, I've made the miraculous discovery that Byron is my birth father. Or no thanks to A. I'm still deciding."
"What?" They all exclaimed. I had the same reaction.
