I saw a lot of talent swapping, but in there it looked more like they swapped bodies, not talents, and always Kokichi was the detective and Shuichi the leader. But meh... I said: nope! Let's give it a twist and let's make it a 3 swapping! And also I saw these pics and they gave me the idea! Credit to the artist since they are amazing! Ps: the first one is Shuichi's outfit in the story.

The plot is this: At first, Monokuma makes arrangements so that 3 out of the 16 ultimates to hide their true talents, but that ended up with them unknowingly to swap their talents in between them. Intrigued by this twist, Monokuma brings out as a new motive: swapping back the talents of the misterious ultimates. But that doesn't end up good, knowing that Kokichi lied even about his original talent, claiming that he can't do real magic, only that he makes simple eye illusions and tricks. And more importantly, his relationship with a certain ultimate is hidden by a simple title that he claims to have.
And now... Let's go on with the tricks!

"Upupupu! Please gather at the gym for a new motive!" the announcement rang through the academy grounds, making the 16 students uneasy about it.
Kokichi giggled as he approached the gym. "Oh my! I wonder what kind of motive is it going to be!" He cheered like a little kid, running around Shuichi who just walked slowly and relaxed towards the gym. "Shumai! Can you guess what's the motive?" the detective exhaled. "I can't, Oma." "Aww man... It would be so awesome if you could!" and with that, Kokichi entered the gym with his usual brat attitude.
In there, Monokuma was on the stage like the usual drill. "Upupupu! It's time for a new motive! And that has to do with... Drumroll!.... Secret talents!" the bear announced. Himiko, Kokichi and Shuichi became stiff, looking at one another trough panicked gazes.
