"Come on then kiddos let's go and say good night to dada" Jungkook smiled, placing his kids on either side of his hip and walking through the palace to his office. Some of the maids and butlers walked past waving to the kids while bowing to the Queen. Jungkook smiled, seeing how everyone was so sweet to the twins.

Jungkook made it to the office and heard something being thrown across the room. Jungkook furrowed his eyebrows and opened the door slightly, appearing from behind it. He saw how angry he was so he immediately walked in.
"Hyungie calm down" Jungkook demanded as he walked in.
Taehyung looked up and saw his wife and kids standing near the door. Taehyung began tearing up with stress and anger.
"Come here" Jungkook commanded to his husband.

Taehyung walked over, pushing his tears off his face. He stood in front of his wife and looked at his feet. Jungkook leant over and kissed his cheek.
"Say goodnight to your kids and I'll come back and talk to you after putting them to bed" Jungkook then said passing the kids to Tae. Taehyung sniffed softly, and nodded as he pulled them into his hold. Both of the twins rested their heads on each of Tae's shoulders, and clung onto him. Taehyung pressed a sweet kiss onto his sons head and did the same with his daughter.
"I love you babies" Taehyung's voice cracked. They both let out little yawns, so Taehyung passed them back to Jungkook.

"Stay here, and destress. I won't be long" Jungkook kissed Taehyung's cheek once again and left the room.
"So you two are going to sleep tonight and have no nightmares okay. Mama doesn't want to see you sad in the morning" Jungkook spoke to them as though they were understanding him. He placed Sunhee in her cot first and wrapped her in the blanket. He pressed a kiss on her forehead and caressed her cheek with his index finger.
"Good night princess" Jungkook whispered.
He then placed Mun in his cot and wrapped him up in his blanket. He placed a kiss on his cheek and tickled his stomach.
"Good night prince" Jungkook smiled and rocked their cots slightly till he watched the two fall asleep. He turned off the light and shut the door behind him.

Jungkook then walked back to his husbands office and shut the door behind him. Taehyung was sitting on the couch with his face in his hands. Jungkook sighed softly and walked towards him. He held Taehyung's hands and moved them out the way. Jungkook sat on the elders lap and placed Tae's hands onto his own waist. He rested an arm on Taehyung's shoulder while the other one was cupping the boys cheek.

"What's wrong alpha?" Jungkook asked softly.
"The government wants to raise taxes of our kingdom this month because they are losing money. But it's only my kingdom they want more taxes from because apparently we are richer, but that doesn't mean my civilians can't pay for it. They are making me pay them in the next 48hours and I have to go to them for 8 days, meaning I won't be able to help you take care of our children" Taehyung teared up, he doesn't want his kingdom to suffer, and he doesn't want the civilians to go against him.
He also doesn't want to leave his wife alone, he can't breathe without him.

"Awh sweetie, it's okay, please don't cry. We will sort this out together okay. If you have to go on a business trip it's okay. It's only 8 days, and before you know it you'll be able to come home. I can take care of both our children and our kingdom, I'm not the Queen for nothing" Jungkook giggled softly.
"Now they've given you 48hours and they are only targeting us and if they only want it for this month, why don't we ask for help from neighboring kingdoms. We have a lot of people who need to return favors so let's use it. We can ask each kingdom for a certain amount, enough that it'll help us and but not so it would impact the kingdom. We can ask them tomorrow and then get the money together for you to then take on you business trip"

Taehyung looked at him with wide eyes and teared up again. The placed his head into Jungkook's chest and cried. Jungkook hugged the boy close, running his fingers through the elders hair, telling him that it's okay. He pressed kisses onto Taehyung's head and massaged his scalp. When Taehyung had calmed down he moved his head away and looked at Jungkook.
"You are the best person, with the smartest brain and the most caring attitude. I love you, I love you so much" Taehyung rasped out. "You have the best ideas and that idea is what I'm going to do" Taehyung smiled.
Jungkook used his palms to dry Tae's face and looked at him with adoration.
"I love you too alpha, you are the best king to ever live. You are my king, my husband, my mate, and the best father to my children. You don't need to stress because I am here for you and although you have to leave for 8 days, they'll fly by okay" Jungkook leant down and pressed his lips onto Tae's.

Taehyung took control of the kiss and bit Jungkook's lower lip. Jungkook hummed into the kiss and opened his mouth for the elder. Taehyung shoved his tongue into the boys mouth and explored his sweet mouth. Taehyung's hands went underneath the younger's shirt, and lightly caressed his hips. Jungkook let out a small gasp, loving the feeling of the elders hands roaming around him. When they pulled away they rested their foreheads together.
"Don't struggle by yourself okay, there's no reason for you to hurt by yourself. You're my mate, and we are supposed to share our worries" Jungkook squished the elders face lovingly.
"You're the best, and I really hope the plan works and the 8 days go so fast"
