Ch. 80 "Flue"

Cough! Cough! 

"I'm dying..." I groaned 

"Now your just being dramatic," Pietro said handing me some Orange Juice 

"Fine you take this cold and tell me how you feel," I said 

"You certainly are more grumpy when your sick princess," He said 

I just gave him my cold glare, 

He held up his hands up in defense, 

"I'm just saying," He said 

"Well don't," I said 

"Besides Bruce said it will flush out of your system in a few days weeks?" He asked 

"It's the flue he didn't say when," I said sneezing into a tissue, 

"I'm surprised Clint even left your side," He said 

"That's because I sent him and the others out for a soup and ginger ale run, plus some other essentials," I said 

I sneezed again, 

"Why did you do that I could have done that faster," He said 

"Because they were becoming suffocating," I said coughing 

"Oh just admit you just wanted to spend time with me," He said smirking 

I just rolled my eyes, 

after my coughing fit, we sat there in silence, 

"Do you wanna talk about it?" He asked 

I looked at him confused, 

"The nightmares," He said 

"How did you..." I began, 

"Wanda," I said 

"She tires not to but at night your nightmares are so strong and vivd," He said 

"She sometimes has hard times sleeping after seeing them on accident," He said 

I looked away feeling embarrassed, 

"Princess you can talk to me," He said as he hooked his fingers under my chin making me look at him 

My icy blue eyes meeting his, 

"It's nothing... I can't handle," I said 

"Is that you trying to convince yourself or me?" He asked smiling at me, 

"I uh.." I began, 

"Hey hands to yourself speedy," Clint said walking in the room with both hands full of grocery bags, 

Pietro spun around, 

"Oh come on archer, you've been jealous of me since day one," Pietro said smirking 

"Don't kid yourself kid," Clint said setting the bags down, 

"Now get out speedy," Clint said 

"Get better soon princess," Pietro said kissing my forehead, 

"Hey! what did I say!" Clint said 

That quick Pietro was gone, 

"Damn that kid," Clint said 

"Don't let Steve hear that," I said in a raspy voice 

"Too late," Steve said walking in the room, 

"Watch your language Steve just might put you in time out for that," Tony said walking in, 

"Don't you guys have anything better to do?" I asked 

Bucky walked in, 

"What too cool for us?" Bucky asked 

"No you all just blow everything out of proportion," I said 

"Aww but you still love us," Nat said walking in, 

"Yeah well you guys made sure of that," I mumbled 

They all chuckled 

"Alright we've got soup and soup and oh look soup!" Clint said 

"Your really need to work on your jokes," I said 

Tony chuckled 

"I've got tissues and ginger ale," Bucky said 

"And Medicine," Steve said 

"I got you this," Nat said she handed me a blanket 

"A blanket really?" I said 

"Heated," She said 

I just rolled eyes, 

"Just give me the dang medicine and get out," I mumbled 

"Oooh some one is crabby," Tony said 

Steve handed me the medicine, 

"Thanks," I said 

Steve nodded, 

"Okay everyone out she needs sleep," Clint said 

I took the medicine, 

"Get some sleep Chipmunk," He said kissing my forehead and walked out of the room, 

My eyelids just started fluttering shut when my phone began to right, without opening my eyes, I reached for my phone, 

I answered it, 

"Hello?" I asked 

"Hello sweetheart," I heard a familiar voice I never wanted to hear again, 

my eyes flew ope and and I sat up quickly, 

"Did you miss me?" He said I heard the smirk on his face

No hes in prison, hes in prison I thought
