I was in my room laying on my bed when I heard my Mom shout from downstairs.
"Julia, baby, pack some things for tonight."
"Mama, what for?"
"We're going on vacation with your Dad's friend."
"That's great."
Before the night, I got up and packed my stuff earlier. When I finished packed I called my guy bestfriend, Jacob. He's 14 and I'm 16. Yeah, I have a guy best friend's that 14.

"What's up!" he smiled.
"Non, just wanted to say that I'll be going on vacation for like two weeks or so-"
"TWO WEEKS?! Bro, you know that I can't live without you."
"I know, I know. I'll be back okay buddy?"
"Yeah, you do your thing."
"Aight."
Before I hung up, he said, "I'm finna die."
I hung up and laughed a little. Before I knew it, I fell asleep.
Later That Night*
Me, my Mom and Dad were at the airport with our bags. I was so excited because i finally get to go on vacation.
"Soo, where to?"
"Be patient, baby," my Mom turned to me.
"Mon, you know I can't do that."
"Oh, here they come."
I turned my head as my Das said that and saw Derek and his family walking towards us. Derek?! Well, Derek has been my crush since elementary school but sadly, he has a girlfriend named Taylor.
