"Sabo! Sabo!" Koala called the blonde boy looked up from the papers on his desk to see her running towards him. "Koala, what's the rush?" He asked "Y/n is back!" She said excitement clear on her face. Sabo's heart began to best faster just hearing her name. Koala grabbed his arm and started pulling him along behind her. "Come on let's go see her!"

Sabo could see a group of people surrounding the entrance to the building. He spotted her through the crowd and a smile began to pull onto his face. Y/n seemed to have spotted him too and made her way through the crowd. "Sabo it's good to see you again" she grinned. His smile faltered as his gaze dropped to her shoulder where he arm should have been was just an empty sleeve pinned to her jacket. Y/n noticed his gaze "ah yes, I lost it but hey I'm gonna get a cool metal one to replace it!" She said. He nodded "I'm glad your back y/n" he said before heading back to his desk.

Later than evening Sabo was walking to his room when he could hear someone cursing. Following the voice he found himself at y/n's door. He hesitated before hitting his knuckles on the door he debated walking away. But didnt have the chance as her door opened. "Sabo? What are you doing here?" Sabo looked at her tensing as she only wore an open button up and her pants from the day. Quickly averting his gaze he said "it sounded like you need some help" y/n nodded "it's hard getting used to not having something" she said opening her door further. Sabo stepped into her room and she closed the door.

"If you dont mind giving me a hand I would appreciate it" she giggled at her words before going to her dresser. Sabo helped her change closing his eyes the whole time like a gentleman. "Thanks Sabo your the best" y/n smiled. Suddenly he blurted out "what happened?" Y/n looked at Sabo surprised then her shoulder sadly. She sat on her bed patting the spot beside her. He sat and listened at she spoke. "My mission was to infiltrate Dofflamingos crew and figure out his plans, everything was going well until the Belamy pirates showed up they recognized me and I was outed rather quickly" "they tortured me for days until finally he took my arm, like it was some kind of prize" y/n said hatred filled her voice. Sabo hugged her shaking form. She sighed "I haven't told anyone except for Dragon that" she said.

"I'll protect you y/n" she giggled "thanks Sabo, once I get my new arm I'll be good to go!" She said cheerily he nodded and the two laid back. "Y/n would you go out with me?" He asked. She nodded "yeah sure Sabo, thanks"

A few months later

Y/n got her new arm and was pretty good with it. She was looking for Sabo he said he had to tell her something. "Oi! Sabo!" She called waving at him. "Y/n!" He grinned and she ran towards him jumping into his arms before kissing him. "What did you need to tell me?" She asked smiling as he set her back down. "I took the mission" he said y/n nodded biting her lip "take me with you" she said. Sabo smirked "as long as you promise not to do anything crazy?" He said. She rolled her eyes "I'm a professional" "I know" "I love you Sabo" he was surprised but smiled "I love you too y/n"
