A petite girl opened the door, barely being able to hold on to the handle, she proceeded to slap an exhausted y/n
"Y/nnn"
The grumbles of a tired y/n were let out
"Wake up N/n! Wake up!" The petite girl whined
"Well if it isn't Y/n!"
It's as if everyone thought of visiting y/n's room, how convenient
"If you don't wake up, you won't be getting that magical watch you alchemists get"
"What magical watch"
Y/n started gaining consciousness, she had major bed hair and looked like a rat hehe
"Get out of bed gremlin, it's a busy day today! Let's get that watch for you"
Hughes opened up the curtains, letting in that wretched horrible spawn of the devil called the "sun"
"Turn that sh-"
"Now now Y/n, my little Elicia shouldn't be hearing those kinds of words around, don't you think"
He said as he rubbed his crusty beard on Elicia's cheek
"Well isn't that precious s i r"
"Well of course! Now hurry up, we'll both be late at the pace you're moving"
Y/n stared at Hughes with a blank face
Y/n POV
By the time hughes finally left my room, he was about to turn in his car. Man did I wake up late as hell too
I started changing into my high-waisted pants, a white tucked in dress shirt, and a necklace with my birth stone (give to me by my parents, ya u wealthy ish)
I quickly wash my face and brush my teeth before eating a bit of Elicia's breakfast
"I love you Elicia! Goodbye Mrs. Hughes!"
"Goodbye y/n!" Mrs. Hughes gives a warm smile before Elicia gives he goodbyes as well
Both Hughes and I managed to get to the central command on time, somehow lol
"Yo Mr. Hughes, when should I go meet the Fuhrer?"
Hughes stacked an obnoxious amount of documents in my desk before telling me
"The Colonel might be able to help on that, I can ask him to pick you up on his way"
"Ah okay.. anyways, why did you stack so much work on my desk???"
"Well y/n.. work just gets more and more overwhelming as the days go by, I can't help but feel exhausted from doing most of these by myse-"
"So essentially, I'm here to help you with your late work...?"
"EXACTLY HAHAHA!!!! Thank so much N/nnnn you're so efficient with my documents that I can't help but force you to come along"
"I'll be expecting a check by the end of the week, sir"
