"Hey, Melo ... can I go for a walk?" I inquired as I looked in on him playing the game.

He paused it and turned around to look at me.

I frowned up my face cause he was looking kind of hard, I know I've gotten skinny and don't look the same ...  but jeez.

"You look better and yeah — you can go just don't come back too late, aight?" He looked over at me, flashing a small smile.

Before that would make me happy - but all it did was make me uncomfortable.

"Thanks and ok," I responded.

I grabbed my wallet and house keys then made my way outside the building.

I wanted to go see my siblings — its been a while.

I dug in my wallet and pulled out my phone seeing it was blown up from messages and calls from all my friends.

I wanted to see Symere too ... I know he'd be happy to see me.

I sat on a bench and called him - not even 2 rings occur before he picks up.

"Dutchess? Where you at, you okay?" He questioned me.

"Hey ... Carmelo let me outside today, could you come get me and take me to my siblings?" I hoped he say yes.

"Yeah, definitely send your location. I'm coming."

"Okay, thanks." I hung up the phone and sent him my location.

I felt so weird being outside — I haven't been out here for over a month and some time, it felt strange.

Almost foreign in some way.

The past two weeks — Carmelo hasn't been forcing me on the drugs, and he hasn't forced sex on me so my body is finally starting to heal.

My brusies are disappearing and I can walk without feeling like I'm going to fall over.

The only bad things is I have the urge to do cocaine... like my body starts to crave it near the night time.

Thats when I curl up in a ball, crying and sweating because I don't wanna give in.

I can't give in, I will not be a dope fein.
