As Nico walked into the Hades cabin, he wasn't expecting to see Will Solace standing there with one of Nico's rare pieces in his hands. Even though Nico didn't want his geeky side to show, he let out an involuntary shriek and ran over, snatching the Zeus card out of his hands.

"What? I was just looking!" Will exclaimed defensively, though the amusement was clear on his face. Will thought it was adorable.

"Whatever." Nico mumbled, his cheeks flushing. He couldn't believe he acted like that in front of Will. He immediately tried to cover his face so Will wouldn't see how red his cheeks were.

"Oh c'mon, death boy, don't be upset." Will teased, walking over and throwing his arm around Nico's shoulders. His actions weren't helping the color on his cheeks. Since Nico was pale as snow, it was obvious whenever he blushed, which wasn't often. Unless Will was around.

"First off, I'm not upset, just don't touch my stuff. Second off, don't touch me. Third off, do not call me death boy." Nico muttered, shrugging Will's arms off even though he didn't really
mind. He didn't like people touching him, but it was different with Will. Not that he'd ever tell him.

"Alrighty then, sunshine, let's go."

"Wait, go where?" Nico asked, ignoring the nickname, as Will grabbed his hand and dragged him outside, sending chills through his body.

"I don't know, anywhere." Will giggled as they walked through the fresh air outside.

"Hey Nico, hey Will." Jason grinned as he saw them. Percy, Annabeth, Jason, Piper, Hazel, Frank, Leo, and Calypso were all sitting outside in a ring. Leo and calypso came back to camp about five days after the war with Gaea, surprising everyone.

"Hey guys." Will beamed and pulled Nico towards the group, plopping down beside Percy. Nico sighed and sat between Will and Hazel.

"Hey, Nico, you should get some tan. Your skin would look good sun kissed."

Knowing what he meant, Nico sighed again loudly at Percy's bad pun. Jason and Percy fist bumped, obviously thinking it was a good one. Nico's cheeks flushed as he tried to hide it, not knowing that Will was staring at him with a small smile on his face.

Will's hand made it's way to Nico's behind their backs since he knew Nico didn't like everyone looking at him. He didn't mind, he thought it was adorable. Nico felt Will's hand on his and turned the deepest shade of red possible. He would've pulled away but he didn't want everyone to notice. Plus he liked it, not that he'd ever admit it.

"Yeah, and Will, you look a little pale today. Death steal your heart?" Leo grinned his sideways smug smirk.

"Quit it, you guys." Hazel scolded them. Nico shot her a grateful look. Will, on the other hand, never seemed to get embarrassed. He'd just smile, look over at Nico, and shot him a wink, making him turn pink.

"Yeah, we don't wanna wear them out. They'll be doing that later."

Nico's eyes widened once he realized what Piper was talking about. Will laughed, making Nico hit him in the arm.

"Yeah, I'm out." Nico sighed at his friends, gave hazel a hug and a kiss on the forehead since she was leaving tonight, and got up. They knew he wasn't upset, he just liked being alone mostly.

"What? Our puns aren't your type?"

"PERCY GET OVER IT, WE ARE DATING!" Nico heard Annabeth yell at Percy and smack him lightly on the head as he headed back to the Hades cabin. He couldn't help but smile lightly as he walked back. Sure, he didn't like Percy anymore, but he still made him laugh.

Later that night, upon hearing a knock, Nico's brows furrowed but still he called out, "Come in."

"Hey," Will grinned as he let himself in and leaned back against the door. Not surprised to see him, Nico nodded and walked back to his chair, but Will was faster. He grabbed him by the wrist and pulled Nico towards him.

"You know, I actually do think you'd look good sun kissed, sunshine." Will smiled his usual sideways grin that always managed to melt Nico's heart. He always tried to keep his walls up even after the war, but he couldn't do it around Will.

"I- I would?" He stammered. Still holding his wrist, Will revered their places making Nico pressed against the door.

"Ahuh," Will murmured. Nico was aware of their chests pressing against each other, but he didn't mind it one bit. The only thing on his mind was 'is this idiot gonna kiss me or not?'.

Nico opened his mouth to say something but the words didn't leave his lips since Will's were already pressing against them. His eyes shut immediately and he didn't know what to do with his hands. One of Will's hands was still holding his wrist between their chest and the other was against the wall. Nico brought his free hand up around Will's neck, pulling him closer if that was even possible. He felt Will smiling into the kiss and couldn't help but smile as well.

"Huh, I was right." Will breathed as they broke apart, both their hearts beating hard.

"Shut up, Solace." Nico muttered before releasing his wrist from Will's grip. His arms wrapped around Will's torso, pulling him in for another kiss.
