A/N: The one day of the year, Fred and George can pull any prank without facing the consequences, out-smarting their siblings, but someone out smarts them for once

3rd POV:
It was an unwritten rule at the Burrow, but every day on the twins birthday, they were aloud to prank everyone in the house excluding their parents (tried it when they were 7, never got the end of it from Molly) and no one could do anything about it.

So come Easter break, the Burrow was packed. Ron and Harry share a room together, Hermione and Ginny together, Percy, Charlie and Bill in their individual rooms and Y/n sharing with the twins.

As the sun rose on April 1st, Molly was up bright and earlier making chocolate chip pancakes, the twins favorites for breakfast. Arthur sat the kitchen table, reading the Daily Prophet while the rest of the house was repairing for the worst.

Ron was the first to face the wrath of the twins. Once he sat up and got out of bed, he stepped on an invisible wire that was hooked onto a bucket of paint above his head, but it wasn't over there, then feathers dropped from the ground, sticking onto the paint. "Bloody hell. Why am I always the first one." Ron complained.

Next was Harry, he woke up from the groans of Ron, he sat up, reaching towards the nightstand to grab his glasses, but it wasn't there. So he started to pat the whole table, trying to find them, but still weren't there. He squinted his eyes a bit, and saw a shape that resembled his glasses sitting at the edge of the mattress. Harry got up and made his way towards the end of the bed, about to grab the glasses, only for them to vanish into thin air and reappearing in a different spot in the room. Luckily Harry's eyesight wasn't that bad and he could make it throughout the day.

After Harry, was Percy. Fred and George didn't go too overboard for him, just moving all his books from his room into Molly's garden outside. But that triggered an outrage from Percy already. Like Percy, Hermione did suffer a prank that related to her schoolwork. So Fred replaced all of Hermione's essays she had been writing for the past week in his room and took empty parchments and leaving them in her bag. Hermione didn't have an outrage like Percy, she almost started to have a panic attack but remembered what day it was, and calmed down a bit and received her originals parchments by the end of the day.

Fred and George went cold turkey after that. They technically had four more people to prank and they usually hit them in the morning and having them last all day. So Charlie, Bill, Ginny and Y/n were all on edge, silently praying nothing bad would happen to them during breakfast. Y/n looked up at the table, to see Ron with slightly green skin and a couple of white feathers lingering in his hair, Harry squinting his eyes, trying to cut up his pancake without making a mess, Percy covered in dirt from trying to wrestle his books back from the garden nomes and lastly Hermione who was frantically trying to rewrite her essays.

Charlie continued to eat his pancakes, going to grab their goblets of juice taking a sip. Slowly you could see his red ginger hair, start to turn blue. When Molly wasn't looking, George slipped in a potion of a temporary metamorphmagus that would turn the person who ever drank it into a metamorphmagus for 24 hours.

After a rough game of quidditch, Bill made his way up to the bathroom, to wash off the sweat and dirt. Bill was protective of his hair, he never let anyone touch it, he wouldn't let his mother come near him with a sharp object in her hand, thinking she would cut it off. He uses his expensive shampoo and conditioner imported from France, a gift from Fleur for his birthday. So when Bill gets out of the shower, letting the steam take over the bathroom, he grabs his necessary products to start the after shower care. He swipes up leave in conditioner, rubbing his hands together and brings it up to his head, only to plant it onto his head, his bald head.

"FRED, GEORGE!" Everyone in the house could hear him. Fred and George gave each other a high five, another one off their list.

Now Ginny was the hardest to prank, Fred and George never knew why, but it was like she was always one step ahead of them whenever they tried to prank her. But this year, no one was going to be one step ahead of them. Ginny was on edge all day, she knew what was coming, just waiting for the moment to strike. Last summer, Y/n took Ginny and Hermione for a girls trip to London and Ginny had became infatuated with skateboards. Luckily for her, Y/n's older brother owned a skate shop and Y/n took Ginny there, letting her get a custom board.

Ginny loved her skateboard, almost as much as quidditch. So take some stress off, she thought was better idea than to go skateboarding while the sun sets. So walking towards her closet, her skateboard isn't in sight. Did she replace it? Leave it outside?

Fred and George, she sighed. This was her prank. Ginny left her room, making her way up to the twins room knocking on the door. "Well hello dear sister." George answered the door with a smirk on his face, Fred behind him with a similar smirk.

"Where is it?" Ginny said bluntly.

"What are you talking about?" Fred furrowed his brows, perceiving to be innocent.

"Cut the shit, I know you two took my skateboard, where is it?" Ginny asked again.

"You might want to look above ground next time." Fred winked before the shutting the door on his face.

Ginny searched the house inside and out, and went outside to take a look, she let out a string of curses before looking up to the sky. "Why do you hate me, what have I done to you?" She asked. She looked around before her eyes landed on something that shouldn't be on the top of the house.

"You gits!" She yelled. And there it was, her skateboard perched on the top roof of the house.

Y/n finished the decorations on the cupcakes she had been making all day, the two boys know to never get in the way of her baking, so they left her be. About an hour before dinner, Fred and George made their way down to the kitchen to see their girl in her apron, hair up, constantly blowing out the baby hairs.

"Perfect timing." Y/n smiled turning around with two cupcakes in her hand. "I made these for tonight for dessert, but I think you boys deserve a taste test."

They ran for the cupcakes, grabbing them out of her hands. If anyone else had given them the cupcakes, they probably wouldn't have taken it, knowing one of their siblings would try to prank them back. But Y/n was their little daisy, bright, yellow, innocent, happy, she couldn't hurt a fly. And they knew, instead of letting Fred kill the one in his room, she took the fly and brought it outside.

"How do they taste, is it sweet enough?" Y/n asked when they took their first bites.

"Moist." George commented, Fred nodded his head. "Is that lemon?"

"Juice and zest." Y/n replied. She watched them go for the second bite, only for it to explode into their face. Both shocked of what happened, they opened their eyes to see Y/n giggling to herself.

"Did she-" Fred looked at George still not processing what had just happened.

"She just pranked us." George finished the sentence.

"Happy Birthday boys." Y/n smiled.

Fred and George looked at each other, silently communicating between themselves, before settling on Y/n. She saw the grin that was starting to appear on her face and started to make a fun for it, but not getting that far. A pair of arms wrapped around his waist, lifting her off the ground. The two boys started to pepper kisses all over her open skin, smearing the exploded cupcake onto her.

"No!" She shrieked. "You're getting my top dirty." They ignored her and continued and started to tickle her sides.

"Okay, okay, I give up." Y/n panted. "I'm sorry."

Fred let her down so she was standing in between them. "I still can't believe it, you pranked us."

"I had to get you before you got me." Y/n answered.

"Would you look at that." George wrapped his arms around her waist. "You're not so innocent after all."

"I thought you already know that." Y/n winked at him. "I'm not done giving yet and dinner is in about 45 minutes. That's a lot of time."
