"I'm a quirkless loser too!" (Y/N) yells out before grabbing her brother's wrist and dashing out of the room. Katsuki's body leans forward, his red eyes widening, with his hand still seemingly pinned to the wall by some unseen force and lets out a few shaky breaths he didn't know he was holding. She... she beat... she doesn't... I... Thousands of different trains of thought loudly announce their arrival overlapping one another all beaconing him to come aboard yet leaving too quickly for him to do so leaving him like a lion chasing after a herd of zebras, all rushing together into one dizzying mass making it so he's unable to see where one ends and another begins.

"Your girlfriend's quirkless!?" The newest extra in the proto Bakusquad says, abruptly breaking Katsuki out of his thoughts.

"She's NOT my girlfriend." The spiky blond growls, his head still turned to the floor.

"Well, obviously not now!" The extra continues, "The nerve of that girl, thinking she honestly had a chance with you. She's weak and pathetic, honestly, did she have to be so aggressive with showing her disapproval of your actions? What an over sensitive snowflake." Each and every word coming out of the extra's mouth is like the verbal equivalent to hacking away at a natural gas pipe, filling the room with more and more fuel that is just waiting to go off and all is needed is, "I doubt she could even be your friend anymore." a spark.

The words "SHUT UP!" rips out of Katsuki's mouth as he pulls his hands off the wall, lifting them high over his head and violently slamming them down onto the desk in front of him igniting the sweat on his hands in the process. "Just ----ing shut up."

"Woah man, take it easy!" Fingers says in an attempt to calm the raging blond down. "And you should shut up before you become the desk. Come on, let's get out of here before a teacher makes us pay for damage." The pomeranian lets out a quiet growl and heads out the door.

(Y/N) struggles to get out of Katsuki's grip, "Where are you taking me, what do you want with me?" Her voice wavering as she stutters. The way she's acting tells Katsuki she's utterly terrified of him and he's not sure if he likes it. I mean, after what she did yesterday she should be terrified of what he might want to do to her, but after about a week of knowing him a small part of him had hoped she'd have more faith in him.

"Shut up and stop struggling." He growls giving her jacket a harsh tug in hopes it would earn some compliance. The kidnaper feels her movement lessen as a small whimper emanates from behind him eliciting a small twinge of guilt. He shakes his head slightly as if to stop himself from feeling bad about what he is doing. He continues to drag her along side streets, back alleyways and really any place that will keep them out of sight, pausing behind corners, ducking behind dumpsters, and carefully watching and waiting for the perfect time to cross places with no cover, until getting close to their intended destination, a run-down part of town oh so conveniently located next to a busy shopping district.

The angry blond drags her into the alley way before letting go of her jacket and causing her head to fall to the ground. As he walks farther into the alleyway he hears a small hiss so he turns around to see (Y/N) slowly sitting up. Katsuki rolls his eyes before clearing his throat to grab her attention. She quickly turns her head in his direction before getting off the ground quickly and getting into a fighting stance, folding her fingers over but avoiding touching her palms.

The pomeranian comes charging at (Y/N) with his signature right hook causing her to jump backwards and to her left to avoid getting hit by his explosive punch. After missing her Katsuki aims another blow towards her only for the jacket girl to duck down and aim a sweeping kick for his ankles, knocking him off bance. The blond aims an explosion at the ground to help him regain his balance giving the girl some time to retreat from her failed attack. Katsuki feels as though something's off, this isn't anything like the fight they had last. She had taken him out with one swift move but now she just keeps moving out of the...

"Why are you holding back!?" Katsuki asks, his eyes narrowing at his opponent.

"Would you rather me K.O. you in five seconds like last time!?" She questions.

"No, but why aren't you!?" He asks, clearly aggravated at her actions. He wants to best her in a fair fight and not get some stupid pity win.

"Because I care about you and even though I haven't known you for very long I don't want to lose you." (Y/N) says before adding with a shaky voice, "Funny thing is, I was wondering the same thing. Do you realize how easily you could kill me? What's a quirkless person like me supposed to do against a massive explosion except get burnt? Yesterday when you were picking on my brother everyone looked used to it, like having someone suddenly threatening another person in class was a completely normal occurrence, and the fact you were picking on his specifically because of his lack of a quirk tells me you see people without some kind of superpower as less than human, but then I come along and take you down, with my hands tied no less, and turn your world completely upside down! When we first met you were punching a wall with a lot of oomf behind your blows for pete's sake, why are you not hurting me!?"

"You know why, and you're not going to make me say it." Katsuki says quietly. She fear she's showing seams to be less about getting hurt and more about why she isn't. "So what are we going to do now?"

"I... don't know." The jacket girl stutters before putting her hands out infront of her. "Maybe a hug?" The blond haired boy just stares at her, "Sorry sorry sorry! I know, I know it's dumb but-ut it's it-it's the only thing I can think of and I uh." Katsuki takes a few steps forward causing her to flinch and shut up. Upon realizing that he pauses for a second before continuing his walk forward until he reaches her and carefully wraps his arms around her shoulders and sighs.

"So here's what we are going to do," He starts slowly, "We start proper combat training on monday and you are going to find other people to train with some of the other days of the week because if you want to go to U.A. you are going to need all the help you can get and I am not holding your hand the entire time."

"But I don't-" (Y/N) starts but is quickly cut off by the pomeranian.

"Remember what your brother said? There is no rule stating you can't go to U.A. without a quirk, and I'm not going to be friends with someone who settles for less without at first going for gold." Katsuki says before feeling the girl that currently has her face buried in his chest nod. "You are also eating lunch with me sometimes, I'm not letting the only person you're seen with at school be a pushover." The girl sighs before nodding again.

Katsuki wonders what he's doing this, why he cares so much about her. I mean, with everything she had said it would make sense for him to want to beat her into a bloody pulp or blow her to the high heavens, but the thought had never crossed his mind. Why is he so soft around her? Why is he ok with people knowing he cares about her?

Oh. f---. No, god please no. He doesn't have time for his life to be a romance manga! He needs to train and plan for the future if he wants to be number one! Having someone by his side will only get him hurt and ruin his plans! And even if he wanted to have her she by no means is in any place to have a significant other and probably won't for a long time and he doesn't have much patience for anything like that.

He feels (Y/N) tighten her grip around him and nuzzles her face in his chest. Katsuki looks down at her and hears her let out a contented sigh. A small smile comes to his face as he starts to attempt to play with her hair. On second thought, maybe he can wait. She needs someone to hold her and keep her safe from herself, he doesn't quite know how to do that yet, but he will soon. Ya, maybe living in a romance Manga won't be so bad.

(Friendly reminder Katsuki isn't the only love interest in this book, good luck.)
