" stop staring at me you creep" i said to malania as she watched me put my hair into a ponytail
" how do you do it so fast" she asked eyes wide
" talent" i said doing the magic hands
" talent my ass" she laughed
" dollar" i said and put my hand out. we were doing this challenge thing that whenever we cuss we have to pay the other person a dollar.
" i hate this fuckin game" she said rolling her eyes and gave me the dollar
" it was your idea!"
" fuck that idea. i thought you would curse more than me" she mugged
" well you were wrong. now dollar" i said and she smacked her teeth giving me another dollar
" i hate you, i hate you" she shook her head
" stop lying to yourself love. it's not good for the soul" i told her and kissed her cheek
" don't you have work? go to work" she furrowed her eyebrows
" stop trying to get rid of me. and yes i do i'm about to leave now. i just wanted to bring you food cuz i'm not coming back later"
" hmmph" she huffed
" what's wrong?" i laughed
" cuz your leaving me." she frowned
" girl i'll see you tomorrow or the day after."
" that seems like forever away" she threw herself on the bed
" it's barely 48 hours. you'll live. i'm about to leave so give me my kiss" i said and she lifted up before kissing my lips repeatedly before falling back out
" bye bye" she pouted
" byeee. i'll facetime you when i get off" i said before walking out her room

i was sitting at the register waiting for customers to come up to pay and this little boy came up and i scrunched up my face.
" can you hurry and ring this up for me?" he asked and i blinked slowly looking at the box of condoms
" um, where yo mom at?"
" you asking too much hurry before she come back" he said and i was just in shock. he couldn't be anymore than 12
" um alright." i said and scanned the item. wasnt none of my damn business
i was in the process of ringing his item until a middle aged lady came up to the register
" junior. what i tell you ass about walking away from me?" she asked
" not to walk away from you" he mumbled and i bit my lip to keep from laughing
" now what you up here buying?" she asked and his eyes widened but he didn't say anything. i just sat there " we'll say something boy." she said and looked over at me seeing the box of condoms in my area
" what the hell you buying condoms for?! your 11 boy" she said and snatched him up
" my girlfriend" he mumbled and i almost laughed
" what fucking girlfriend? you know what? we leaving. i'm about to whoop your little ass" she said and walked out and i finally bussed out laughing before checking my phone seeing my shift was over
i got up and got my stuff before heading out the mall. i got in the car and started backing out. thinking if i wanna go home or go see malania.
i decided to head home so my aunt won't be mad plus i had no clothes at malania's house
about 20 minutes later i made it home and walked inside to see my aunty standing in the kitchen
" hey aunty" i greeted and sat down
" hey girl, where you been? i ain't see you since yesterday" she asked
" i stayed a night at malania's house and i had work today"
" mmm that's your girlfriend or sum?" she asked eyeing me and i laughed
" she's not my girlfriend" i chuckled and she sucked her teeth
" girl i'm not dumb, i know what's going on"
" she is not my girlfriend" i told her
" mhm, lying but okay. gon head upstairs. ari not home right now" she said and i got up and headed towards the stairs
" southern ass" i mumbled to myself referring to my aunt while walking up the stairs
i walked in my room changing my clothes before flopping into my bed. i texted malania saying that i was home and then facetimed her
it rung two times before she answered with her face all in the camera and a bonnet on
" hello?" she mumbled making me know she was sleep
" you was sleep?" i asked
" yea but i'm up now. how was work?"
" it was good. ooo girl lemme tell you what happened" i said and she sat up
" ooo girl spill."
" so i'm at the register and this lil boy come up with a box of condoms and i'm like well shit but i'm like this ain't my damn business so i ring it up. mind you he like 12 then boom his mom came up and she was asking him what he was doing and what he was buying and he ain't respond but she saw the box and she snatched him up and shit. i tried to hard not to laugh" i told her and she bussed out laughing
" bye to. grown ass kids" she said still laughing
" i was so shocked cuz damn, he had to buy a whole box." i said and she chocked
" that's what you get for working at spencers." she laughed
" that job be fun. my coworkers funny" i chuckled
" i know, i seen the videos" she yawned
" you sleepy?" i asked and she nodded
" very much so. you kept me up all night tryna to love on me" she teased and i put my hand to camera
" you love my lovin so hush it. and go to sleep. i'll call you tomorrow."
" okay goodnight. i like you"
" goodnight i like you too" i said before hanging up
