Jungkook  first met Jimin when he was 5 years old and being his neighbor, Jimin volunteered to babysit him. Jungkook at his young age of 5 years fell for the boy who was 10 years older than him. Jungkook loved everything about Jimin and he never failed to mention how much he loved the boy. 

"I love you hyung!"

"Aww I love you too Kookie" Jimin would say 

"I will marry you one day!" Jungkook pouts when he sees Jimin didn't take him seriously 

"You are so adorable!" Jimin would say ruffling the younger boy's hair, making Jungkook pout further 

No matter what he did or said, Jimin only took it as a playful joke on the younger's side 

Soon Jimin started going to Busan University and had many friends coming over for a get together at his place over the weekend. Jungkook hated seeing Jimin laugh and have a good time with those taller mature looking guys.

Is that what Jimin wants? Me to be more mature and manly?

Jimin didn't allow Jungkook to join them as they had beer and other alcohol and he didn't want to influence Jungkook

"Leave me Taemin!" Jimin says angrily "...I told you I wasn't interested!" The now 25 year old Jimin says when the man grabbed his hand before Jimin could enter his place 

"Come on...just one night with me…" Taemin tries to kiss the boy and Jungkook suddenly punches him 

"Jungkook!" Jimin's eyes widen 

"Don't you dare touch him! He told you to back off!" Jungkook says angrily and Jimin's heart beats faster 

Taemin chuckles as he wipes his lips "What are you? His boyfriend or something? You know he can go to jail for dating a minor right?" Taemin smirks 

"He is just my neighbor…" Jimin says pulling Jungkook behind him "...I'm sorry you know how teenagers are nowadays…"

"Ji…" Jungkook starts and Jimin stops him

"Thank you Jungkook …" Jimin pats the boy's hand before looking at Taemin "...please leave! I don't want to be with you!"

"Fine!" Taemin leaves shaking his head

"Why didn't you let me kill that bastrd!? He hurt you!" 

Jungkook was pissed. It makes Jimin smile somehow 

"What?" Jungkook asks confused 

"Nothing… just… thank you… now go home…" Jimin turns to enter his apartment 

"I love you Jiminie hyung…"

"I…" Jimin sighs as he stops in his path. Those words making him want to pull the younger into his arms and say it back. Jimin has to remind himself that Jungkook is just infatuated with him "...please go home…"

A few more years later Jungkook is now 20 and already a student in Seoul university. He comes home for vacations and Jimin is surprised at how mature Jungkook looked. The man rode a bike, he wore black leather jacket and when he happened to remove the jacket, Jimin  would see his arms were covered in tattoos. Jimin found it hot. 

But Jimin hated that Jungkook didn't give him attention anymore. It hurt but what could he really do about it. And then his blood boils when he sees Jungkook smoke a cigar on his bike. 

Jimin marches down from his apartment and grabs the cigar from Jungkook's mouth and throws it on the ground before stepping on it

Jungkook grabs the boy's hand in anger "What the fck do you think you are doing!?"

Jimin tears up a bit "...Don't smoke Jungkook ah.. you were not like this…" Jimin says softly 

Jungkook's eyes soften seeing the boy he loved looking so vulnerable in front of him but his tone matched the anger he felt for Jimin's false sympathy on him "...Why do you care!? You shouldn't care. You are  not mine!You have no rights on me!"

Jimin is hurt at that. He removes Jungkook's hold on his arms and walks away

Jungkook groans. He hated the hurt look in Jimin's eyes

"So now you are avoiding me huh?" Jungkook says to Jimin when the boy passes by him. 

Jungkook was sitting on his bike with an unsmoked cigar, waiting for Jimin to stop him again 

Jungkook frowns when he sees Jimin paid no heed to him. He throws away his cigarette and then follows Jimin 

"..Jungkook!" Jimin says when Jungkook pins him up against the wall of his apartment. Jungkook had pushed himself in after Jimin had unlocked his door 

Jungkook could see Jimin blushing at their closeness. The way Jimin's eyes twinkled with love and desire. Jungkook knew that look well, he had the same look when he saw Jimin 

Jungkook chuckles "What? Now you are interested in me? Am I a man enough for you now?" 

Jimin's eyes tear up ".. I love you.. I'm sorry…"

Just Jimin saying that makes Jungkook growl before he pulls Jimin into a passionate angry kiss 

"Why did you say you love me? Are you making fun of me?!" Jungkook is angry 

Jimin cries and moves his head when Jungkook tries to kiss him again 

"Oh so now you hate my kisses too!?" Jungkook is pissed 

Jimin cups the man's face, surprising Jungkook 

Jimin looks at the man with so much love and hurt 

"I loved you for a very long time…" Jimin says softly and Jungkook knows there is no lie in that 

"Then why did you keep rejecting me?" Jungkook asks softly tucking Jimin's hair behind his ears 

"...You were too young for me. I wanted you to experience love. I wanted you to know the difference between an infatuation and love...I have had my share of heartbreaks... you need to experience that before you know what true love really is all about …." Jimin sighs "...you know society would have never let us be together due to our age difference. You do remember what Taemin said right?"

"Jimin...I never stopped loving you ... you have been my first love and till today it remains so... see…" Jungkook shows his tattoo "... each tattoo is a reminder of you... this is drawn from my memory of your beautiful eyes…" Jungkook says pointing at an eye on his and "...this on my ring finger... that's your name... your initials... it's a promise that this place is rightfully yours… that you are mine…" 

"Jungkook…" Jimin sobs 

"Jimin will you finally stop letting society make the rules about our life and let me be your boyfriend finally?"

"Yes... I love you Jungkook"

"I love you too Jimin"

Jungkook's pulls Jimin into his arms "...lets get it!"
