Ch. 34 "Cry"

                                                   Jayden POV 

I was looking at the ceiling as I laid in bed, then turned on my right side, staring at the door, then turned to my left side staring at the wall, 

No matter how hard I tried I just couldn't sleep, 

Knowing, just knowing I probably hurt Steve and Bucky by stealing the serum and keeping it a secret, 

The look on Tony's face, when he asked me what it was, 

I sighed I sat up, 

I hurt each and everyone of them, and it's all my fault, 

I slowly got out of bed and got dressed, brushing my teeth, and walked out of the room, 

"It has been confirmed it is the serum that they gave Steve and Bucky," I hear Tony from inside of the lab, 

I didn't make myself known, 

"I don't care if it's magical pixy dust, What I want to know is what the hell she was doing with it, or what she was planning on doing with it," Fury said 

"Seriously she is a child," Steve said 

"Captured by HYDRA given abilities by them! what do you really know about her other than her parents being killed in cold blood," Fury said 

"What more do we need she needs us," Tony said 

"How do you know she's still not with them?" Fury said 

"Are you serious the kid wouldn't hurt a fly, she was giving her own food to the homeless when she was still on the streets," Clint said 

"She could be putting on a good act," Fury said 

"She's not, I've known her since she arrived at HYDRA, sure she took this but she had good intentions behind it," Bucky said 

"Are you sure how long have you been separated, people change, she could be plotting against everyone of us!" Fury said 

I hung my head, and walked to the roof, as I hugged the fox close to my chest, 

I don't belong here, this is why I made that promise, this is why I keep my distance, so the hurt wouldn't hurt as bad as it does now, I thought 

I blinked a few times making the tears go away, 

"What on earth are you doing up here?" I hear 

I turned around seeing Loki, 

"Nothing..." I said looking at the ground, 

Loki was now kneeling in front of me, 

"What's wrong my little fox," He said playing with my hair, 

Then suddenly it all became too overwhelming, and lets face it when I or any child gets overwhelmed we cry, 

Ii squeezed my eyes shut as tears fell down my cheeks as I hiccuped

"Shhh, little Fox, please don't cry," Loki said pulling me into him, 

"They hate me and its all my fault," I said as I cried 

"Impossible no one can hate you," Loki said 

"They do, they hate me.. I heard what... they.." I said becoming hysterical with crying that I couldn't even get the words out, 

"Shhh," Loki said rubbing my back, 

"They... they think I'm bad... because.." I said as I cried, 

"Shhh, little fox, I'm sure they do not think that," Loki said 

                                  Loki POV 

It just absolutely broke my heart to see little fox this upset, the entire time I've known her I have never seen her this upset, 

I placed my hand on the back of her head, making her fall asleep, 

As I did I happened to peek through her mind and finally understand why she was so upset, I teleported us back into her room, tucking her in the bed and giving her the fox I gave her, 

She clutched it for hear life, this made me smile, 

I walked out hearing the arguing, 

"Were going to have to ask her!" Fury said 

"That is not happening!" Bucky said 

"Who knows what she could be planning on doing with that!" Fury said 

"She is a child! she wasn't planning anything!" Tony said 

I walked in, 

"Enough!" I said 

everyone looked surprised at my outburst, 

"It has come to my attention, you lot have made my little fox cry,... I do not like when my little fox cries," I said darkly
