Your Pov
The smell of books really makes me feel nostalgic. I gracefully feel the tip of the paper on my fingertips, as I read this french book my tutor got me. This is a pretty good way for me to learn french. Since I'm not going to leave Paris anytime soon, I might as well learn some french.
I then softly hum this tune, a tune so familiar that it had my heart skipping a beat. Remembering the first time I heard this song.
Luka.
Blush soared my cheeks as my mind cloud with the thought of mesmerizing teal-blue eyes. Sometimes I just really can't get Luka out of my head, he's like a tune I can never forget.
Today has been fairly good, just peaceful. No Hawkmoth, no akuma attacks, just peaceful.
Bang!
Ah, I spoke to soon.
A small sigh escapes my lips, and then I closed my book shut. Luka and I were supposed to go out today. How is he gonna show up with all these Akumatized villains running around?
I thought today would be just like the ordinary. Ladybug, Chat Noir and Viperion will take down the villain and capture it's akuma, and then de-evilize it and everything goes back to normal. But today was definitely, far from ordinary.
Suddenly, the ground started to rumble. And the atmosphere quickly turned glum. With all this ruckus going on, I can immediately tell that the battle is not to far from here.
Without a second thought, I rushed to get my messenger bag and got some of the stuff I might need. Then I immediately ran down the stairs to call my dad, with me also tripping down the stairs in the process.
"D-dad we gotta go!" I then called out to my dad, who was nowhere to be found. I started to panic as I look for him around the house.
"Dad?" I called out, slowly loosing hope. Thinking that maybe he went out to do some errands or something.
And then I heard the toilet flush.
"What is it?" I then hear him call out, his head peeking out from the bathroom door.
I then explained to him that it was a drill and we needed to get out immediately before the akumatized villain started trashing down our neighborhood. He quickly got the memo and we started to run to the nearest safe spot.
We got out from the back door and there were already cops around the area, tending to those who were in need of help. And then I saw Ladybug from afar, using her yoyo and spinning it around to safely descent to the ground.
Chat and Viperion were up close, distracting the villain as Ladybug figures out a way to solve the puzzle of her Lucky Charm.
Everything was smooth sailing until I heard a loud crash. My heart halted to a stop as I see Viperion being thrown away to the Louvre Pyramid. Then his crash was accompanied by glass shattering, as it had my heart shattering as well.
"L-Luk.." I mumbled, catching my breath as I realized that I was about to blow his identity infront of everyone. I have to do something, I need to do something.
Then I look to see my dad, who was talking to some of the officers. I spared no time to waste, and swiftly ran my way to the Louvre Pyramid.
When I arrived at the scenes, Ladybug and Chat Noir were already there. Chat Distracting the villain from afar, while Ladybug helps Viperion take cover to a safe place.
I spared no time to waste and quickly went to my boyfriends aid. I slid my hand around his waist and supported his frame, making sure that he doesn't stumble and fall. Ladybug looks at me in alarm.
"(Y-Y/N!) You're not supposed to be here." Ladybug exclaimed. I gave her a small shrug and a smile, chucking a bit to ease her tensed form.
"Yeah I know, but Luka needs me. Don't worry, I'll get him out of your hair while you guys deal with the villain." I then responded. It took a small second for Ladybug to respond. But when the ground started to rumble once more, she the gave me a small nod and rushed back to the scenes.
Viperion has a pretty strong build, and there was no way my flimsy noodle arms will carry him for long. So I decided to take cover at the Tuileries Garden, where we're far from the scenes.
I then hear his bracelet started to beep quite rapidly, meaning that he was about to de-transform. His body was luminated with light, and his skin tight suit was replaced with his ordinary attire.
He heaves out a groan and i immediately went to his aid. My eyes grew concern as I see his face adorned with scratches, and blood dripping from his lips.
"Luka.." I whimpered out. This is one of the things I'm terrified of happening. I knew that one day, Luka will take a serious blow due to his job as Paris' superhero. I hate to see him like this.
I started to nudge his arm, trying to get him to wake up.
My eyes started to get blurry, holding unshed tears as I see Luka shot up from his laying form. Wincing a bit in the process. His gaze turned to me, and then a small gasp escaped his lips.
"(Y-Y/N)! You need to get out of here!" He then said. I shook my head and pounced on him, giving him a tight hug.
"Luukaaaaa." I started to whine, the tears in my eyes stated to run down my cheeks. Luka didn't dare to answer, and decided to just hug me back.
I didn't hesitate for even a second and just started to give him kisses all over his face, earning a husky chuckle from Luka. He softly caressed both my cheeks, and wiped the tears off of them.
"I'm sorry." He then said. I shook my head.
"It's okay baby. Superheros get hurt too. You just need someone to make it all better." I then reassure him. Softly giving another kiss to his bruised cheek.
