3rd Person POV

Knock, knock, knock

Willow opens the door to reveal James Olsen standing on the other side. "Hello?" Willow asks, adjusting her glasses

"You ready?" James asks

"For?" Willow questions

"Kara and Alex texted." James says. "They want us to meet at J'onn's. Says he's hurt. I'm your ride until you get a new board."

"Oh..." Willow says. "I didn't think that text applied to me."

"Well, you are on Team Supergirl, aren't you?" James questions. "You get ready. I'll wait in the car." And with that, he leaves

"Well, this should help take away the pain temporarily." Alex tells J'onn as Willow and James walk into the room

"I don't understand." Kara says. "You think that whoever did this to you was also the person that released Midnight?"

"Yes." J'onn answers. "He said he was my brother. At first, I didn't believe him, but now I know it must be true."

"How do you know?" James asks

"This is specifically a Martian form of agony." J'onn says. "In the early days of Mars, there were two brothers: Phobos and Deimos. Their rivalry and bloodshed was the reason for the split of the Green and White Martians. To prevent this ever happening again, a curse was placed on the Green Martians. We called it Fa'ra'too'rik. It is the punishment for brother attacking brother."

"But you've never even mentioned having a brother." Kara says

"I never knew of one." J'onn tells her. "Seems unthinkable. But perhaps his existence was hidden from me by my parents."

"And hidden by the entire Martian community by their hive mind?" Alex asks

"We're going to find him, but first we need to deal with your pain." Kara tells J'onn

"There is no cure for this on this planet." J'onn says

"There is in the future." Brainy says. "We treat afflicted Euphorians, an alien race with similar brain structure to Martians, with Q-waves. They are narrow waveforms that exist between X and gamma rays. You haven't heard of them because Q-waves don't get discovered until sometime in the late dark ages."

"Actually, Kelly's been using Q-waves as part of her brain computer interface at Obsidian." Alex says

"Well, no time like the present to create the future." Brainy says

Both Kara's phone and Willow's phone go off at the same time, buzzing with a text

"It's Nia." Willow says, looking at her phone. "We're needed back." She says, looking at Kara

"Rojas is on a rampage, and she won't start the editorial meeting until everyone's present." Kara says. She looks at the others. "You guys get J'onn to Kelly."

"Okay. And I'll have the DEO start a broadband scan for Green Martians ASAP." Alex says

"J'onn, we're going to find your brother." Kara promises. She looks at Willow. "Come on, Will, we gotta go."

"Kara! Nia and Willow Greene." Andrea Rojas says with a fake smile, looking at the three girls who entered the room. "There you are. We can finally get started." The group sits down

"What's this?" Kara asks, looking at the tablets on the table

"A gift! From Obsidian North." Andrea says. "From now on all work will be filed through a portal only accessible through these tablets."
