Spencer held your cheek in his hand, smiling from ear to ear. "Say it again," he whispered.

You grinned, leaning in and kissing him softly. "I want to be yours," you whispered back. He pecked your lips, holding your hand with his other.

"I, thank you," he muttered. You laughed, shaking your head.

"Spence, why are you thanking me?" You asked softly.

"I don't know. Maybe, uh," he began, pulling away from you, turning the car on and beginning to drive.

"Spence?"

"Yeah?"

"Why did you thank me?" you asked again, your thumb rubbing circles on his hand.

"Because, because no one has ever wanted me," he said under his breath. You sighed and squeezed his hand, picking it up and placing a kiss on it.

"I will always want you S," you said softly.

"Always?"

"And forever," you affirmed.

"Your place or mine?" Spencer asked a few minutes later. You grinned at the thought and looked over at him.

"Your choice, as long as we can cuddle, I'm happy." Spencer laughed and turned left, pulling into a parking spot.

He opened your door and picked you up, placing a kiss on your lips. "Cuddle time," he whispered, carrying you into the building, making you giggle. You eventually settled into your bed, cuddling into Spencer's arms.

He placed a soft kiss against your temple, as you tangled your legs with his. "I love you," you muttered, a small smile appearing on his face.

"And I you," Spencer replied.

"You're cute when you smile." You whispered, closing your eyes.

"Goodnight beautiful," you heard as you slipped into a deep sleep. Spencer watched you carefully, smiling to himself. He clicked off the lamp and closed his eyes, holding you as sleep also overcame him.

-

In the morning, you woke Spencer up with kisses. He laughed as your lips tickled his collarbone. "Morning."

"You better get up if you want to make it to work on time. And without raising suspicions."

"Kicking me out already?"

"Oh shut up. I'll see you at the office, ok?"

"Mhm, bye, love you," he said softly, kissing your lips before getting out of bed. You touched your lips as you watched him go, feeling tingles from where he had just been. This was not going to be easy, but he made it worth it. He would always make it worth it.

You rolled out of bed, beginning to get ready for the day. You continued to think about Spencer as you laced your shoes. Your thoughts were interrupted by your phone ringing. You picked it up, groaning internally. "Hey, what's up?"

"Hey beautiful. Stephen caught me up. I think it's time," Garrett said, making you frown.

"Are you sure? I think we could hold off until we're certain. Give it some time?"

"You and I both know that's not going to work. Don't tell me you're backing out, I already hired everyone."

"Let's meet for lunch, I'm running late for work. Sams at 12?" You offered, pouring the coffee Spencer had started before he left into a travel mug. You smiled at his little gestures, he was too good to you.

"See you then. And don't forget it," he replied.

You sighed, clicking the phone off and rummaging through your nightstand, pulling out a small box. You slipped it into your pocket, grabbing your bag before running out of the door. You were so going to be late.

-

You were, in fact, 10 minutes late. You ran into the bullpen, as fast as you could without looking crazy. Spencer looked up at you** and shook his head. "Who was lecturing me about being on time?" he teased, handing you a muffin.

"Very funny Reid," you retorted, taking a bite of the muffin. You sighed happily, sitting at your desk and opening the Manila folder. Spencer watched you and smiled, biting his lip.

"I love you," he whispered as he leant down next to your ear momentarily. You blushed, meeting his eyes.

"Stop," you muttered. "No being cute on FBI premises."

Spencer rolled his eyes and returned to his desk. Today was just a paperwork day and that meant copious amounts of coffee and black pen.

You stood up at 11:45, stretching. "I'm heading out for lunch, want anything?" You asked, Spencer shaking his head. You gave him a smile and headed out, making your way to the cafe just up the street. You walked in and sat in the corner booth, taking off your blazer and revealing the lace camisole underneath.

"You look stunning," a voice said, making you look up. The man who gave you the complement was 6'2" and had blonde hair. His blue eyes met yours and you smiled, standing up and giving him a hug.

"Hi Garrett," you whispered, kissing his cheek.

"Hi my love," he replied, holding your hand in his as he sat across from you. "How is it you look the same as high school?"

"Water and sunscreen. And the blood of my enemies."

"Clever," he muttered as the waitress came over. After you had ordered, Garrett pulled out a folder. "Alright, so everything is in order for next month. Just need your signature here."

"G, are you sure about this? Now that I'm a federal agent, this seems even more illegal."

"It's for Alice," he reminded you. You sighed and nodded, picking up the pen.

"Y/N!" You heard a voice call. You internally groaned, smiling at the woman. "I thought that was you."

"Hi Pen," you said warmly, trying to keep the uncomfortableness you felt from translating into what you were saying.

"I hope I'm not interrupting," she said softly, looking between you and Garrett, her eyes landing on your interlocked hands.

"Hi! I'm Garrett, Y/N's fiancé," he said, introducing himself.
