The boys and I got to their house and damn it was huge. It was bigger than mine. I walk up to the door knock and its opened by Matei Covaci.
Matei: "What the hell are you doing here"
Xavier: "Isn't this Emilia, Alexandra, and Isabella's house"
Matei: "Yea but why are you here"
Thoughts: They live with the Covaci's what the hell is going on
Xavier: We're here to do the school project with them
Matei: Fine but you better not cause trouble
Xavier: "Relax we won't, also do they know"
Matei: "No they don't"
Xavier: "How do you guys know each other"
Matei: "Family Friend their parents sent them to us for protection" (that's what dad told us to say so our enemies don't find out about our relationship and target them)
Xavier: "Oh"
Alexandra comes down the stairs and sees us
Alexandra: "Matei let them in they're our partners for the project"
We all go in the house and follow Alexandra upstairs. When they get into the room everything was already set up
"Oh good you're here" Isabella says
Alexandra: "Lets get into our pairs and get started"
Emilia Pov:
I see Max stiffen as he walks toward Bella when she called him over to their spots I laugh in my head it understandable since she's wearing a velvet cami top and some figure hugging leggings.
Caleb and Lexi were already at their spots and had started painting I go to my spot not caring if Xavier follows or not. I start painting Xavier walks over and sits in his seat. Lexi and Bella are both talking to the guys while painting I'm thinking maybe something will happen between them but relationships and us don't really go together. I'm wearing my headphones listening to some music and painting. Xavier is painting too while watching Netflix, he hung is phone on the stand . About a hour and half later we all finished and went downstairs.
Lexi: "Does anyone want pizza"
"Yea" "Yes" "Me" "Me too" "I want it"
Lexi: "Alright I'll order"
Pizza arrives and we're all in the kitchen eating Stefan, Luca, and Matei joined us and Sofia was already eating her dinner"
"Who wants hot sauce" Bella says
I raise my hand and she slides the sriracha down the table to me
"Emilia" Sofia calls out suddenly as I was about to put the pizza in my mouth
"Yea" I say while taking a bite everyone now looking at Sofia
Sofia asks "Have you ever had a boyfriend" while smirking
Everyone freezes, all attention was now on Emilia
Xavier stiffened slightly
Emilia looks at Sofia debating whether or not to answer
"Yeah a couple why" Emilia answers truthfully
Xavier's eyes darken and he clenched his fist but his face remained emotionless, although one could see the jealousy in his eyes
"I was just curious anyways what was he like, did you love him, why did you break up" Sofia asks
"He was Fucking Asshole that's for sure" Lexi says angrily
"You're one to talk" Emilia says
Lexi: "What your ex was a bastard"
Emilia: "So were yours, but you don't hear me badmouthing them"
Lexi: "I don't get why you're still protecting him"
Everyone stays quiet listening to them argue
Isabella: "She kinda has a point you know"
Lexi: "You just stay out of it you're innocent and pure"
Isabella: "No I'm not besides, I dumped Connor last week"
Emilia and Lexi turn back to Bella forgetting everything that they were talking about before
Emilia: "Hold up Connor Prep School boy"
Lexi: "I didn't know you guys got back together"
Emilia: "When did you even get back together"
Bella: "The party at his parents lake house remember"
Lexi: "Okay but why did you dump him"
Bella: "Hello we're in New York and he's in Australia"
Emilia: "Why did you even get back together with him"
Isabella replies "Nine inches" with a smirk on her face
