Graduation Day.
Chase.
It's here, I can't believe it we've made it so far. I didn't expect my senior year of college to go down like this. I didn't except a man like Tanner Logan to make me feel like reading isn't everything in the world. That hiding behind a book, is stopping me from being a better version of myself.
I also never expected to end up pregnant. Our baby has made me love my body more. Our baby has made this life worth anything that I have ever been through. Our baby is going to be a warrior knowing that their grandmother Tara was so strong.
My best friend Olivia, she is going to make a great god mother. She going to be so amazing at the business firm she working at. Max and Tanner are going to be so fucking amazing in the double A.
I am going to miss Davis. He is going to Oklahoma and Annalisa is going with him. I never expected someone so crazy to consider not going to LA. Davis said he hopes one day he will be traded to the Braves in the near future so he can once again play with Max and Tanner.
Kenzie going to doing sports medicine for the dodgers is insane. It was a dream of hers to do anything with the dodgers. AJ got a coaching job for a high school in LA.. he didn't really want to go pro he was more into the coaching. He hopes to become a first baseman coach for the majors.
Everyone is at our house, expect our parents because they had to be at the college. I can't even imagine how my life would've been if Max hadn't asked me to tutor Tanner. I'd be reading, and not having any fun this whole year.
"Thank you." I blurt out
Everyone looks at me. Fuck...
"What Smalls?" Davis asked
"Thank you seriously, thank you for being good in my life." smiling at them "I love you guys."
"Babe, you have been my best friend since freshman year you were stuck with me no matter what." Olivia takes my hand.
"Fuck, who am I gonna kiss to piss freshman off now." Kenzie pouts
"Maybe your boyfriend." AJ smirks
"Let's go guys, we need to graduate." Tyler smirks
"And say goodbye because it's the end of the this epic group." Aurora looks down
"Off season is a thing." Tanner laughs
At the college....
Tanner dad smiles seeing us walking hand in hand. "There my two favorite graduates."
My father smirks "baby girl you look wow, I'm so proud and thank you for letting me in your life."
"Oh my god, Tanner and Max I can't even imagine how you two got here." Mrs. Griggs says
"Honestly can't believe you both have gorgeous women." Mr. Griggs laughs
"Olivia and Chase you two sure you aren't sick because it's not too late to leave them." Max little sister Mylee laughs.
"It's a thought." Olivia smiles
"Okay let the kids get to their seats so we can watch our babies get their diplomas." Mr. Logan gives a deep laugh
As we walk away from our parents, I stop in front of Tanner. "She so proud of you," taking his hand placing it on my belly.
"She, it's a girl baby that is amazing." Tanner kisses my lips.
"Okay you two, you already have a kid on the way go and graduate." Mr. Tame the baseball coach says
We did it, we got our diplomas. We are going deeper into the real world oh my god. I can't even believe we are doing it. "Hey guys, just want you all to know she is proud of you."
"Who is she?" Davis asked
"Wait, she as in the baby?" Max asked
"It's a girl!" Kenzie and Aurora squeals.
"Hell congratulations, and she going to have some protective uncles." AJ smiles
"She really is." Tyler hugs me
"I can't believe we are all leaving in three weeks from each other." Aurora shakes her head.
"How about we go to the cabin my family has, I have my boating license and so does Max." Tanner smiles
"We can't we are going on a trip with Tyler's family and mine." Aurora looks down "fuck I hate this."
"Im down." Olivia smiles
"Yeah, I'm down." Max says
"We have a dinner Friday but we can meet you guys up there." Kenzie smiles
"I can't my family wants us to go to Tennessee to my grandparents home." Davis smile fades. "We all need to do that one dinner before we leave I swear."
"I hope we can, I start my new job not next week but the week after." I say
"Max and I have practice next Thursday." Tanner groans
"Well guys this is it, isn't?" Davis asked tearing up
"Yeah, this is it I love you guys so fucking much." Aurora wipes her tears.
"You guys are my fucking family, we will see y'all once baby girl is born." Tyler laughs "we can't wait to see her."
"She can't wait to see you guys either, well we have dinner with his dad and mine." I say
The group hug, made us all fucking cry. Son of a bitch.
The weekend...
It's been a hell of a weekend so far. The water feels so fucking good. I can't drink, so they take turns in not drinking with me. Which I said it's fine, and I meant it. They however didn't care and still didn't get sloppy drunk. I honestly am going to cry because Kenzie is leaving us. Our trio won't be together a lot and it's going to be just a duo.
"So you guys going to start on the nursery?" Kenzie asked
"Slowly, yeah I need to pick out something cute I'm not all into pink so you know her room won't be pink. Unless she wants pink when she gets older than yes, but I won't say no to pink." Smiling at Kenzie
"Girl good, cause imma have to get her something pink, and you know this." She shakes her head.
"The amount of money I'm about to drop on this little girl, I don't know if I want to be a mom probably just the cool auntie." Olivia smiles
"Honestly, I feel like if you want kids go for it but those who don't then it's awesome." Max sips on his beer.
"I never wanted kids, but look at me I am a whole fucking dad and I'm nervous." Tanner sticks his feet in the pool.
"At least the baby will be cute only because of Chase." AJ laughs
"Fuck you Allen." Tanner flicks him off
"I mean im a solid three and Tanner is a solid then point nine." Reminding them.
"Bullshit you, are off the chart." Olivia playfully pushes me.
"Babe, you are fucking hot." Tanner gives me a thumbs up.
"Whatever, you guys are being nice."
"Chase no, you really are beautiful you don't think we didn't notice you, of course we did." AJ leans on the lounge chair. "We just didn't talk because you were always in those books."
"I never knew who you were, I mean I always looked at your tits and ass, but never talked too you." Tanner admits.
"Wow, you guys suck could've been in your life's sooner." Laughing with them.
The weekend ended, on a happy note. Of course we all cried, we said our goodbyes. We will see Olivia and Max a lot, but Kenzie and AJ leave soon to Los Angeles. To think I didn't won't any new friends but then a whole baseball team made a difference.
So here we go, we are done with college. Real world starts, and soon our baby girl will be here. I am so fucking scared. What the future will hold for Tanner and I.
